**** GOODIN A PINCH **** The Tortilla Factory, obviously, makes and sells fresh, soft, corn tortillas and super-crunchy tortilla chips, as well as masa for patrons who make their own tamales… I like coming to this out-of-the-way restaurant when I want a humble dining experience. When I’m craving Mexican-style comfort food — for«take-out» — the Tortilla Factory is «good in a pinch»… The restaurant is tiny and has about four dining booths and a few tables. I order from a menu on the wall, which lists a large variety of authentic Mexican-style dishes. There is a salsa bar with a selection of four distinctive homemade salsas and other sides. While dining, I watch Spanish-speaking television programs [las noticias, telenovelas or desportes]… I like it.

Fresh. The right portions. Great price. Nice people. Just really good tasting food, like«Mom» would make for the family. Enjoy.

Awesome clean chicken burrito! What do I mean by clean? I mean I didn’t have to keep spitting chicken surprise pieces into a napkin like most places when the chicken isn’t prepped correctly & you get little nasty pieces attached to your chicken.(For those of you picky with that, I know you understand what I’m saying)

OK this place is fantastic if you love Mexican food. Tortas are my favorite and since I’m working on my Spanish I order myself. Lol staff is great, food comes out perfect every time.

I went to the tortilla factory the other day to get some fresh chips and salsa and tortillas and the chips tasted like old cooking oil I ended up throwing them away. The salsa who the guy who sold it to me said this is our most popular was not good either. At least the tortillas were good. I will go to Indio to To purchase good chips and salsa. I will never go back there Again

Found this very small restraunt(like a dive but a bit bigger) on Unilocal! The food is very well prepared with a home(Mexican home of course) like atmosphere. My hubby and I had the chicken fajitas and chili verde. Nothing extra special but good food and relaxed atmosphere!

I am no mexican and I dont really have the palate to distinguish fake against authentic mexican food but oh boy for so many yrs of living here in the USA this is the FIRSTMEXICAN restaurant that I would totally recommend, everything they served was so good and definitely worth the price, this should be everyones to go place around palm springs, food was phenomenal plus Beatrice our server was so helpful and friendly she even gave my daughter free homemade tortilla chips, I mean whats not to love? they have their own tortilla factory inside the restaurant. Everything taste homemade. It was just amazing.

Fantastic AL Pastor tacos, good beans, and great hot sauces. Next time we’ll try to make it for the lunch specials that end at 2.

First time and I will be back. The food is tasty. Two of us had Tortas al pastor and Tortas de asada. Delicious as was the beef soup.

Love the food at this place. Very best Mexican food around. Menudo and Pozole is the best. Every weekend we must have it.

This place made everything to order. The salsas are spicy and delicious. This place has home made food just like grandma use to make it.

We have been coming here for years. Started out as all take out. Now has seating inside. Food is very authentic and salsa has a bit of a bite to it or mild if you want. I always get a burrito Asada or Al Pastor. My wife gets Asada tacos. We usually have a beer each and under $ 20 tip included. Great for quick inexpensive meal. I can’t bel
