The Leslie Jean Porter Gallery

Leslie Porter is a gracious, open spirit who welcomes the world to her gallery. I have been many times and it is completely different each time. A constantly rotating stream of events, new artists, furnishings, and design assure that nothing is ever stale. When you see something you want, grab it quickly.
Much of the art is large scale, impressive in this cavernous space, that still holds incredible warmth and personality. Go and see!
In a couple weeks, I will be there for Caftan Dance, which is exactly what the name suggests — people dancing in caftans. It’s a blast.

When I first walked in Leslie Jean Porter Gallery, it was for the opening party. I was in awe and I said: this is the most beautiful art gallery I’ve ever seen! Such an amazing space, not only by the size but everything there is incredible. The space itself is a piece of art. You can immediately feel how much love and dedication the owner has put into it. She took a big risk that not so many artists would take. That woman is badass, driven by her passion for art. The gallery totally reflects her personality. It’s classy, smart, tasty, luxurious yet simple and different. Every month, she changes theme and feature other amazing artists. Her pilot lounge for the Aviation Expo was totally magical. People just loved to hang out there. It’s also fun to know that, at any minute, a celebrity from Hollywood can stop by to say hi to their old friend as Leslie’s background is in the movie industry. Definitely a place you don’t want to miss while in Palm Springs. And it’s not even a 2 hour drive from LA. Totally worth it! Do yourself a favor, go buy a painting to bring back to your home some of the Leslie Jean Porter’s magic vibes.

Owner and artist Leslie Jean Porter knows how to create exciting exhibitions every months. The must see gallery in the desert cities, and I hear you can rent the gallery for your own event!
