Baskin Robbins

Today we had an exceptional experience!
The two gentlemen that were working offered us samples of new flavors we hadn’t tried! Both girls ended up getting a second scoop of the new flavor suggestions, when we originally planned on getting only a single scoop.
Both of the boys were very friendly, helpful and funny! I feel like when you go to most places to order something it can be very transactional, but that wasn’t the case tonight! I only wish I had gotten their names to put on the review.

Perfect Sizes and a very good atmosphere, I really enjoyed their bubblegum flavored ice cream

The service was good and so was the ice cream. I don’t see how you could go wrong with Baskin Robins. The place was clean and the people were helpful.

Walked in and there was a sign showing their Celebrate 31 promotion — 2 scoop sundae for $ 3 something and also each scoop for $ 1.31 (in a cup or regular cone). We ordered a couple of 2 scoops each and a one scoop in a reg cone. Went to pay and was charge the regular price. I mentioned the flier you see as soon as you walked in the door and was informed that the flier is old and not valid. The counter person sd the only offer is 31% off any sundae today. i’m looking at the flier and at the bottom it’s printed 2015. He proceeded to say the flier is old — if so why it is still bring presented? I told him that’s the first thing you see as you walk in and if the flier is incorrect, then don’t display it. I’m confused. If the $ 1.31 was not for this particular May 31^st, he should said so rather than mis-​informed customer and sounds like he’s lying. Just rather disappointing on top of the rather nonexistent cust service. No offer was made to my kids to try anything, had to ask them to get samples for my kids. The other reviewers were right about this place. Sadly, I won’t be coming back with my family to this location either. We’ll drive a little further to other BR location or just do Cold Stone/​Yogurtini from here on.

Ive been to this Baskin Robbins many times with the same moderately acceptable service every time. The last few times the punks behind the counter were especially loud, obnoxious and went out of their way to make us feel uncomfortable. Truly unfortunate for the owner who should know how his/​her business is being tended to. After last night’s ludicrous display of teenage angst, i will never set foot in that place again.

If you like disgruntled –rude– teens touching money, the register, their face, everything else in the store and then bare handing your ice cream cones, then this is the place for you! Yummmm, bacteria! Oh and getting their knuckles in your ice cream while they scoop it out of the bucket is super tasty as well. Germaphobes beware.

For the past 5 years, we have been going there every single Friday, but NO MORE! We were mistreated and yelled at by THE OWNER!!! She was stressed and overwhelmed with COSTUMERS instead of happy to have business. She couldn’t keep track of the amount of ice cream cone she had served and decided it was better to scream at her clients for her mistakes and negligence. All this misbehaving on her part was done in front of children and new trainees!!! NICE!!! We will GLADLY take our business somewhere else where they do appreciate loyal customers and decent families.

Pretty good! Of course you know what the product is like at a BR. Everyone has been there once before. But this one has the best service! Drop in for a frozen goody!
