Fry’s Food and Drug

When it comes to grocery stores, I tend to prefer Fry’s over Safeway, Albertsons, and the like. This Fry’s store doesn’t have as much as a Signature store (literally smaller), but has the same quality feel. For any regular and still some special items, this store probably has you covered. Once again, the prices are low. The deals are abundant (especially with a free Frys Foods membership) and I find better deals at Frys than you can at the cheapest of places. There are normally plenty of counters open, and the cashiers are always nice and same with the baggers. I’ve seen the baggers offer, and carry groceries to people’s cars who need assistance. I definitely recommend it.

I rarely use Unilocal,but it’s time. I’m so sick of the service I get here at Fry’s. The staff here always cops such an attitude. Especially in the evenings when they only have one checkout line open and the get mad that I don’t want to use the self service line. If I have a bunch of produce I don’t need to be looking up codes and drafting algorithms just to pay for my groceries. And everytime I cave in and let them help me through self checkout, the service manager consistently gives me attitude and proceeds to make me feel like an idiot for not knowing how to look up produce codes.
I’ve decided ill start going back to Safeway across the street. Goodbye Fry’s.

I say «Yay! I’m a fan» except for one reason and one reason only… The deil department. I usually have a great experience, use the Kiosk at the entrance and order is always ready by the time I have finished my shopping; however, this past weekend I had a not so nice experience. I went to pick up my order and the deli clerks were helping other so I waited patiently. After about five minutes, which I agree is not long, one of the clerks asked me if I was waiting for a Kiosk order and what the number was. I told her and she said «As soon as he comes out I will tell him.» So a minute later Dennis (he had a name tag on), the other deli clerk on shift, came out. She told him I was waiting to get my Kiosk order and he looked at me and shrugged his head as if to say «Oh well, she can wait.» and that was that. He did not get my order, which was ready and just need to be handed to me. Another maybe minute went by and the female deli clerk on shift got my order for me. HOW RUDE! You don’t treat customers like that. It would have taken him all but 30 secs just to hand me the order. The female clerk was in the middle of slicing another order so she could not help but HE was more than able to and just shrugged it off and completely ignored me. What is the purpose of using the Kiosk if the service is not good and they can quickly hand it over to you when you get there, IT TAKES 30 SECONDS OR LESS!!! I enjoy shopping at this Fry’s’; the rest of the experience is always pleasant, the cashiers are very fast and there is usually never a line. The store is always stocked well. BUT this experience with deli really P_​_​_​_​D me off. That was just plain rude!

I just moved here and the closest store is a getto albertsons. We normally shop safeways, but there is none around us. So we tried this frys and I have to say it is a very clean store. Very impressed with it especially their produce section. A+

I just moved to Cave Creek from So. Cal. I have a home here, and have had the opportunity to shop for food at both Safeway and Fry’s.
The Fry’s store beats Safeway hands down. The prices, and selection are the best I’ve seen in a long time. The employees there are very pleasant and helpful.
If you are in the area, stop by that store, and give them a try. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

This is my neighborhood Fry’s and I LOVE IT! It is very easy to get in and out and the fact that they carry Boar’s Head Deli Meat is a huge plus++. Checkout is always a snap and if they don’t stock something just let the Customer Service Manager know what you are looking for and they will usually bring it in.

This is MY Fry’s! I love this store. Nice. Neat. Clean. They have a vast variety of stuff and the atmosphere is a little more «upscale» while the prices are right in line with the rest.

This is a nice Fry’s. It’s a bit small and crowded inside it seems. I kept almost being run over by people on fat-​carts.
