There are no redeeming values to this company.
They quoted me one price and invoiced me another. The explanation was additional service was required. 3 months in a row, really. Customer service was non-​existent. They do not return calls. They have in– experienced and untrained staff. They charged me for services that were not performed. Complete frauds.

If you want to pay more for any repairs or pricing on equiptment, than i suggest you contact them. They are always there to quote at least 20% more than anyone else. The last straw is when they tried to charge my card for three months in a row, almost double the $ 85.00 contract price for chemicals they say they needed to get my pool water correct. My pool has been in service for over 10 years and i never had problems with additional chemicals. The ironic part is they installed the salt system which does not require chemicals. Unless they used liquid gold in the pool, They also just charge the credit card which they require to have on file, without authorization or ever a breakdown. Very greedy be cautious
