Not sure what all the dissatisfaction with this place is coming from. I stopped in after a run this morning and grabbed a cappuccino and turkey flatbread. The place was full of high school students about to start their day. The cappuccino had too much milk and not enough coffee, but complaining about the quality of an espresso drink from DD is like bitching about the quality of the caviar from Sam’s Club.
The place is a Dunkin Donuts – no more, no less. No one was rude or interested in anything besides taking my money and sending me on my way.

Worst service ever, period. Walked in and was not greater, the counter person just stared at me so I ordered a large coffee. 5 minutes later I ask about my coffee and the response was «you still ain’t got it? What did you have?» 5 minutes after that I still didn’t get my coffee. Whomever is running this store needs to clean house and get some new employees that understand service. At this point frustrated with someplace to be I left and will never be back.

Every visit is awful. After being groaned at today by the cashier for a receipt explanation, her saying that she would go «get someone else to DEAL with this,» and being treated rudely by management as well, I will never return. If you have a sign outside the location for a deal being offered, every worker should be well informed of it. Pretty sure I know more about Dunkin than the majority of their workers.

The worst service in Cayce. They wouldn’t add on a coffee to my order at the window. They made me come inside then messed up my coffee. It’s coffee not brain surgery. This place sucks.

Ias slow gets. Ordered a medium black coffee and it took 19 minutes and 12 seconds. Yes, I timed it with the stop watch on my phone. I wont be coming back

I typically enjoy my coffee in the morning and stop when I’m on my way to class or work. Every single time, regardless of how early I leave, this Dunkin ALWAYS makes me late. Once you’re in the drive thru you’re stuck! Not to mention, they never have anything prepared/​in stock and their employees are rude, but not just to customers, but to each other. If you have some time to kill and want to watch a real life scene from jerry springer this is your place!

Where do I begin. Dreadful service from beginning to end. Firstly, don’t even get me started on how a donut restaurant can run out of frosting and sprinkles. The staff here is unrelentingly sassy and often forgets to return my credit card after I pay. I have resorted to paying in exact change to eliminate this systemic risk to my financial health. And after all of that, they replaced my hot chocolate with cinnamon coffee. I’m allergic to cinnamon.

Service is slow every time I come here. It should not take 15 minutes for me to get a sandwich, which all they have to do is just heat it up, it’s just a chicken filet. Also, the people who work are disgusting, coughing and sneezing all over themselves.

The slowest, most inefficient dunkin donuts I have ever been to. None of their machines ever work and they are always out of their lost popular items. I have been here 4 times and this place still suckss. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.
