Taco Bell

They shouldn’t have an old lady who is hard of hearing taking peoples orders. I had to tell her my order multiple times and she still got it wrong.

I have no idea why, but this location has become the slowest drive-​thru ever. Don’t come here when you’re starving. You might die of hunger before you ever reach the window.

Truly the slowest Taco Bell in the land. Sat in the drive thru for 27 minutes. This location as really gone down hill as of late. Very disappointed because this use to be a great spot. The food is still good but service is horrible

Tried to go for breakfast three times before work (each time they were open). Twice they did not respond at the drive thru. Third time they responded and had an attitude. Horrible employees, I will never go back.

I’m really surprised at all of the good reviews for this Taco Bell. I’ve been going to this location off and on since they opened — over 7 years or so now — simply because it’s the only Taco Bell close to me.
I’ve almost always gotten horrible service and food here. The cashiers (especially one of them — you can probably guess who I mean) are so slow and whether I go through the drive-​thru or inside, it always takes around 15 minutes to order and get my food. Not exactly fast food. Also, the customers are crazy with the drive-​thru line. You go to the RIGHT people, not straight through the middle.
Also, they have a rule on how many sauces you can get. ONE per item. Ahahahahha! Yeah, no.
I’m actually a huge Taco Bell fan so it’s sad that this one isn’t very good. When I am on the other side of town, I like to go to the Taco Bell by the Walmart on Garners Ferry. They are usually fast, friendly and have good food!

Good prices and quick service. They need to fix the intercom at the drive thru. You have to repeat yourself numerous times to relay your order.

This Taco Bell is one of the better run ones in Columbia. Overall never had problem with the food or service when eating here. The service is always quick and fast. Also, the place is always clean. Food here is cheap, fast and good!

Fresh good food no matter what you order. And the place stays packed which is always a sign of good food! They offer daily specials too.

Ran out of rice on the cantina bowl, but they gave us more bean! Wahooo! Love beans ! The musical fruit! ;-)

I don’t typically bother with chain stores and franchises (as they’re all generally pretty similar), but as mobile applications (such as Unilocal for Android/​iPhone) increase in popularity, I thought I would fill in the few I saw missing for those users in search of nearby locations.
This is the new Taco Bell that was built in Cayce after the former location at 1400 Knox Abbot was closed down. Service usually meets expectations here, but getting in and out during lunch/​rush hours can get tricky due to the layout of the parking lot
