Wow the view from site #1 can’t be beat. Phyllis was so nice and told us about a great place to watch the sun set… dogs are welcomed on beach adjacent.. We are staying an extra night because it’s too pretty to leave

We wanted to stay at a dog friendly park. This is the one. Clean. Right across from the beach. Dogs are allowed on the beach. The whole town of Cayucos is dog friendly. I’m sure we’ll be back.

This mobile home park is mainly for permanent mobile homes and some RV storage, but has a few spaces for RVs passing through. We paid $ 28 for a pad for our campervan. Restrooms and showers were spacious, clean and seemed minimally used. We reserved by phone the same day(late April, but I’d recommend an earlier reservation in summer/peak.) They left a map of available spaces and the restroom key outside the front office(we arrived around 9:30, well after the office closes.). We paid up in the AM when checking out. Customer service was very polite and friendly, both on the phone and in person. This spot is also walking distance to the town, restaurants, bars and the beach(about 2 – 3 blocks!) Tip: Flashlights may be helpful at night. Highly recommended. Great value and amazing location.
