The atmosphere is nice, but the food not so nice. Make sure you read the tiny print under the title of the food… you might need glasses because it is so small. Anyway, I don’t want to bash the owners because I know they are trying. I ordered the margarita pizza and it came out with zucchini, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes(no basil) and limes wedges on top. I was very confused, that’s why I said read the description of the food. The salad bowl was tiny for the salad bar, so I piled it really high. Back to the pizza… the worst crust in cedar that I have tried or ever. That’s all I’m gonna say. Anyway, never mind it was thin dry and seemed a day old. The breadsticks are pretty good.

We have been eating at Pizza Factory for years and the changes that have been made were not good. The prices are the same, but you now order at a counter and the service was HORRIBLE! I am not sure if we went on a bad night, but the place was not busy. We ordered a salad bar and had to ask a server about it(it took us three times to get the attention of a server). The girls at the counter were having a great time chatting with each other and it seemed as if we were interrupting their conversation so I think that is why she forgot our bowls for the salad bar. The food was ok. Due to the changes, the place seemed really loud. We had to talk loud to be able to hear each other. At the end, my husband went to go ask for a lid for the sauce cups. Again, no server to be found. He went up to find someone and the girl was doing cheers for one of the male servers. The servers were just there to play around and chat and not really helpful at all. Not worth the cost of the pizza(and it was super doughy and not cooked all the way). I doubt I will be back. Not the same quality as it used to be.

I was visiting from Seattle and my best friend and I always used to come to pizza factory, we were excited to once again meet there. But when we saw how everything changed. The way you walk in and have to order on the spot, get your drinks and everything yourself. What is the point of going to a restaurant! Then has I was half way done with my food realized there was a huge hair in my paste! Disgusting, I will never go here again! Which is so sad because I grew up going to PF. Horrible business and food!

Love it! Everybody is friendly! Love the remodel. Looks awesome! I really like how fast the food comes out quick. The mints are the best part!

Do not like the new seating that was put in for the remodel. Booths are so uncomfortable that I had to get a pillow from my car to help me sit up straight. I liked it better when we could sit down and order. I’m very disappointed.

Great salad bar, the breadsticks are amazing and the seating is comfortable. We shared a lunch meal which was a calzone, one trip to the salad bar and we traded the soft drink for a bread twist. We were very pleased with all the food. Suggestions for the owner to make this an even better restaurant, simplify the menu, have your staff unified by wearing a uniform or a pizza factory t-shirt, and get some sturdy forks. Half the forks were bent which just looks really cheap. The mints added a nice finish to the meal as did the chocolate chip cookie which was huge and yummy.

Yum! Service was excellent, food was delicious. Good value in the Family Meal deal(take $ 6 off). I enjoyed the salad bar too. My only complaint is the the table grooves and salt & pepper shakers could use some deep cleaning.

We ordered breadsticks(yum!), a sausage pizza, and the salad bar. If we knew how great the breadsticks would be we would of ordered more of them & skipped out on the pizza!

Lies, lies, lies… Daughters group walks into the restaurant, waitress sells them on getting the«$ 8 group special». After they are done they say it was only $ 8 for the pizza and charged them $ 12.50. My daughter told them she only had 1 piece and no drink. They said too bad you were part of the group. $ 12.50 a slice? Who do they think they are… Yankee stadium? Is Derek Jeets waiting tables? Mariano head pizza chef? The Bambino back from the grave to wash dishes? This is ridiculous and they should not be allowed to steal money from patrons. Do not go to this restaurant unless you want to be lied to, stole from, and served sub-par pizza. Unilocal… Why is zero stars not an option?

Where to start. It was like walking into a circus. We waited for a table while they cleaned one. Table was dirty when we sat down. Four other tables filthy. Our pizza had enough sauce for three pizzas. My salad was was limp and wilted. Not good. We had high expections. But we’re sorely let down. I think they need more training. Customer service was very lacking.

Always a favorite when I visit Cedar City. The breadsticks and honey butter are the best!

Overall: Too expensive, bad smells, poor service, and nasty food. I went here with a date. Got seated immediately and noticed that it was dead on a Saturday night(not a good sign.) When we were walking to our booth, we noticed a bad smell, like stale cheese and a hint of sewage. But, I heard the place was good so I gave it a chance. Ordered breadsticks, a chicken bacon pizza, a pasta dish with rosy sauce(red and white sauce combined), side salad, and waters. The breadsticks were twisted on a metal rod and we were only served 2 sticks. How is that an order of breadsticks, SERIOUSLY?!? Freaking stingy… Anyway as cool as the breadsticks looked, they were overcooked on the outside and raw doughy on the inside. I spit it up and asked for new ones. We only got one stick this time and it was better, but I paid for an order of breadsticks and only got one out of it. WTF? The salad was ridiculous. It looked like it was being served on a teacup plate. One tiny tomato, a handful of lettuce, and a single black olive. $ 3 – 4. Asked the waitress about it and she was clueless. More money wasted. The pasta was inedible. It had soggy, gross looking zucchini and yellow chunks. I say«yellow chunks» because it couldn’t be identified,… not even by the manager. It could have been squash or lemon chunks, but the taste was so bad that you really couldn’t tell. The rose sauce was sour. Now, my date and I have had good rose sauce in pasta dishes, but this was so foul tasting that I needed all the water I could to wash out the taste. Had two bites and made them take it back. And yeah, no refills on my water. The waitress rarely came by and no one else came to our section. Took us 10 – 15 minutes to get someone over to our table after being served the entrée. The chicken bacon pizza was just ok. The white sauce was good, but the amount of toppings and pizza you get for $ 25 bucks was insulting. Seriously, I could have gotten a similar pizza at Domino’s(across the block) for $ 12 and would have actually tasted better. Also the crust had no flavor… seriously, the communion wafers at churches had more flavor. I talked with the manager and told him that we refuse to pay for food that we couldn’t stomach. He offered more food to go instead of altering the bill and we asked why we would want more inedible disgusting food? We just told you that this was the worst Italian food we’ve ever had. The best he did was give us a small discount of 30%. I have vowed to never come back.

My wife and I were totally caught off guard how unfriendly the staff was. Being a college town it would seem that there would be a bunch of friendly kids trying to earn a big tip. Not one bit of energy or one smile. My pasta was good and my wife’s gobler was not very good. I go to Pizza Factory for the bread sticks. They didn’t bring ours until we were ready to go and they were overcooked on the outside and doughy on the inside.

The service wasn’t the worst but I have had friendlier service. I just did not like the pizza. It was also too doughy and greasy. We ordered a margarita pizza that was not a true margarita pizza, it had limes on it… ?? I’ve had better frozen pizzas. Maybe they just had a bad day? I went to their St George location awhile back and I remember it being better. Anyways, I definitely prefer Centro’s pizza, that’s what I call real pizza! I do like their garlic bread twists.

I don’t even know how to say in words how bad this experience was. I got a eye roll just when I was asking for a table. I had to get up and got my own straw, napkins, silverware. The salad bar had ham soaking in water and the eggs were grey that was just the tip of how big a mess the salad bar was. When my husbands pizza came out we watched it sit at the pass for 5 min, while they were hanging with their friends sitting at the table next to us. So I finally got up and got it for him myself unfortunately at that point It was cold. My sandwich had so much Mayo on it I could hardly taste the veggies. The one good point was the cheese bread. That was good, unfortunately the rest of the experience was not what we were hoping for.

Good Pizza and Pasta. The portions are big so on the pasta a half plate is plenty for one. The same goes for the Calzone. Nice servers and the food came out quick. Grab a fresh cookie or brownie on the way out for later. They are worth it!

To sum it up in a word… average. I don’t know of too many pizza options when traveling through Cedar City, so if we want pizza we usually go here. The restaurant was clean, and appears like a typical pizza joint. We were seated quickly, and our server checked in on a few occasions with us. We love the breadsticks. The pizza is average, so we add toppings, Parmesan, and red peppers. Been here on a few occasions over the years.
