Love this place! Great pizza, great atmosphere, and super friendly! The staff were great and helpful. They have bundaberg ginger beer and gluten free pizza, so we will definitely be back! Hubby enjoyed his pizza and I got to order a gf one which they said was really good. They tried a couple different mixes before they found one that worked best. The lady even brought me the box for the gf crust so I could make sure I could have what was in it. So nice! Not completely paleo, but close enough. They also were fine with omitting cheese which one of the girls said she orders that way too. The gf crust is so good, very similar to a thin crust pizza in texture. My first pizza in years! A new favorite spot.

Excellent Neapolitan-style pizza — as good as it gets in the area. The only comparable pies are found in nearby Hurricane, at the Pizza Wagon. We had the Hawaiian and loved the U.S. bacon(vs. ham or Canadian bacon) and hint of BBQ sauce. Yum. Super reasonable prices, to boot. Many pies are sub-$ 10.

Yummy!!! This might be my favorite pizza place. Wood fire pizzas — we did three of them(bbq bacon ranch, meats, and margaritta) — awesome! You should stop by on your way to or from STG — we will be back for sure.

Its hard to describe the atmosphere of pizza cart. Take the Wasatch Brewery(hip, rustic, genuine, loud, and fun) and mix it with a gourmet setting at a French or Italian restaurant. It’s just great. Warm place, warm staff, hot, well priced pizza(about 8.50 for each pizza), spicy pepper flakes, and a crispy thin crust to boot! The theme of the restaurant is dark and rustic and hip, featuring the pieces of firewood which have kept that oven going for so many years. Behind the counter, they have a fridge filled with artisan drinks, sodas imported from Australia, and iced coffee. This place has everything. It really is worth a visit. Things they could improve on: more seating(on Friday night it gets too packed).

A family run business. They always go above and beyond to take care of customers. Great drink selection that includes organic options that I really appreciate. A family friendly restaurant that I always feel comfortable bringing my children with me. I love the chicken bacon ranch!

This spot is simply excellent! Everything we tried had excellent flavor and the crust was perfectly crunchy but not too thin.

Nice crust and interesting flavor. Seemed a little light on the sauce and cheese, but Italians will probably say that is the way pizzas are made in Italy. Yeh I’d go back and buy two. One wasn’t enough to fill up a hungry man.

College is over now, and I still crave this place. The Pizza Cart has grown up to be a full-blown restaurant. I was skeptical of the move, worried I’d lose the love of my life(really, don’t get between me and good pizza). There was something magical about that cart. It would pop up during the day in the parking lot of a hardware store and disappear at night. It wasn’t pretentious, or fluffy, or stable. It was just a dude, his wife, and sometimes a guy with a mustache making pizza, covered in flour, smiling. Like they do in Italy. I would eat there every Friday with a good friend. We would sit on these little plastic lawn chairs sipping pella’s and enjoying the February sun. It always felt right. Anyway, they moved indoors, and I was worried they’d have to sell their soul to some unknown god of crappy restaurants. I still miss the plastic lawn chairs and parking lot flooring, but I’m happy to report that the pizza is still amazing. I guess what I’m trying to say is: Eat here, it’s important.

If you haven’t already, read the info on this place. That’s what initially drew me to the Pizza Cart on our trip back from Zion National Park. Everything is really good. The price is right, about 9USD a plate, which serves one, or two if you aren’t that hungry, and the pizza is phenomenal. I had the four cheese pesto, and due to the wood burning stove putting off its scent, I was dying for it by the time it got to my table(around ten minutes). The staff were friendly and helpful.

We at there as a family last month, the food was really tasty. If you are in the mood for pizza and anywhere near Cedar City, this is the place to go. My kids are allergic to milk, so they prepared a cheese free pizza that they absolutely loved. My favorite was their olive and onion pizza. Will go back when passing through again.

Ordered the Gyro pizza and Margarita pizza. I would order the Gyro again only without the tzatziki sauce. Doesn’t go well on pizza in my opinion. The Margarita was fantastic. Good food, service, and price.

A local Pizza Cart business, ran by an alumni member of Southern Utah University. The owner started his business as an actual Cart, selling woo-fired pizzas in the parking lot of the local Ace store. The menu details are very creative, and the decorations are upscale in this fairly spacious location next to Dickey’s and Tropical Smoothie. When I went, I had the CBR(Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch) pizza, which may not sound like great toppings for a pizza, but It’s definitely tasty(I also hear it’s the favorite among locals). The pizzas are cooked in a wood-fried oven(I believe they use oak wood) and they are able to cook two pizzas in there at a time, constantly moving the pizzas from front to back so that one pizza does not get over-cooked. All of the pizzas are around $ 10, some a bit more if I remember correctly. The pizza is around 14″, I think, and comes with 6 slices. It’s a good portion for two people, and if you feel a little famished you can get an order or breadsticks(cheesy) that are also delicious. For date nights, hanging out with friends, or just a man on the run needing a good quick bite to eat, this is a great place to go.
