Zion Sun Floral

I ordered flowers for my friend off Teleflora for her birthday. The flowers in the picture online were GORGEOUS! However, I was a little disappointed when I saw the flowers that were arranged for her. It was missing the bamboo and the vase wasn’t close to what was in the picture. It was still pretty, but not what I was expecting.

If I could give Zion Sun Floral zero stars, then I would… but unfortunately Unilocal doesn’t let you do this. This is the second time we’ve had Zion make floral arrangements for us in the past year through FTD. I am so disappointed in the quality of arrangement, not to mention that this shop is the biggest thieves I have ever seen or heard of. Both arrangements I had purchased on the FTD website were considered «the best». What was delivered was what looked like a blind two year old went skipping through a field of weeds and stuck those weeds in a vase from the dollar store. There are a few things that are clear to me about this disgusting establishment:
1) Not one person in this shop has had training in floral design nor do they have any idea how to put together an arrangement. I’ve seen better arrangements at the grocery stores in the ghetto.
2) This shop completely takes advantage of their partnership with FTD — knowing that the client will most likely not be seeing the arrangement that is delivered, they deliver a product that is 2% of what is SUPPOSED to be delivered and pocket the money. Thieves.
3) Never ever… even out of desperation order from this florist unless you want to be epically embarrassed. When the person receiving the floral arrangement in the hospital thinks it’s so ugly while heavily medicated… clear indication of the quality of work they are knocking out.
HORRIBLE!!!

I’m a horrible child! I forgot it was my Mother’s Birthday yesterday, and in a PANIC called Zion Sun FLoral in Cedar CIty. (I live in California) I told them my predicament and asked if they could arrange some fall flowers and have them ready that day, they said no problem. I swear I wasn’t off the phone for more than an hour and I got a call from my Mom saying how beautiful the flowers were and THANK YOU for remembering! THANK YOU ZION SUN FLORAL! YOU SAVED ME!
