This place is an enigma to me when it was downtown we went in they acted as if you just interrupted their Dungeons & Dragons game. They seemed very curious as to why I had so many friends who worked at Apple & why I lived in cedar falls & why I was asking such knowledgable questions about their services. To this point my out of friends said lets get out of here I’m not sure this is even a real business. I reassured them neither am I. Is it?

Staff is very friendly and eager to help. Repaired a shattered screen and water damage to my phone within just a few days. Price was reasonable for the amount of damage. Very happy with them, will return for any future problems/accidents.

While visiting relatives in Iowa I went shopping for cables to attach my Mac laptop to a TV to show pictures from my European trip. I went to a nationally known electronics store in the area (BB) and they sold me the wrong cables. I went to ITech and Ryan sold me exactly what I needed, gave me instructions on how to step the system up and even answered my questons over the phone when I ran into trouble setting things up later in the day. Ryan knows his «stuff» and would recommend ITech to anyone who is looking for the right equipment and the technical expertise to get things done. I was impressed!

This joint is like a mini Apple Store. They are very knowledgable and always helpful. Since they are a certified store, you can also get your Mac serviced there. If you have AppleCare, that means you don’t have to pay for anything that’s covered by the AppleCare warranty. Getting it serviced here is better than driving 2 hours to the nearest Apple Store which is in West Des Moines. For all your Apple needs, this is the place. Only downside are the hours. Usually only open until 6. If you work, it can be difficult to make it there.
