I tried on dresses here, and would definitely recommend checking it out. While I didn’t buy my dress here, I still had a great experience and found a contender. We just dropped in and didn’t have an appointment, and the consultant was completely fine with that. The consultant herself was great. She didn’t hover, and I felt super comfortable with her. The store itself has a pretty big variety of dresses, and they are all arranged by price on the racks, which was very helpful. If you have a smaller budget, it’s nice to only look at the ones in your price range, and not have to sift through a bunch of dresses and fall in love with one before you look at the price tag. Make an appointment!

They ordered all our dresses too big, and since I live out of town, I had to scramble to get my dress tailored. It literally was falling off of me, and they took my measurements! All the girls dresses were too big. It looked bad. What a scam.

Andrea went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect dress, bridesmaids dresses, bow ties for the groomsmen, and even my veil! She connected me with a great alterations agent, and I preserved my gown through Simply I Do after the wedding!
Anyone wishing to get the best out of their experience at any bridal salon should schedule an appointment, have a budget set, and consider the advice of their consultants.

Lots of Bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses not so much. Not overly thrilled with their customer service. It’s ok not bad not great.

I found Simply I Do to be pleasant and easy to shop. We went on a Monday and if you know Cedar Falls at all, a Monday was q-u-i-e-t. Which was great, easy to pop right in and we had the store to ourselves.
They had a pretty large selection for a small shop and were happy to let us browse and pick what we liked. My best friend helped me in and out of dresses so I actually had very little interaction with the girl minding the shop. She was kind and reasonably helpful — I felt like maybe she was not as knowledgable as some bridal store employees. She didn’t speak up much. But she also did not pressure me into a sale, so that’s good.
All in all, pretty nice and easy. Better than I was hoping for CF!
