After reading some of these reviews it made me think they had the wrong one. The only issue with this location is that crazy parking lot (well maybe it’s the the lot just the crazy people)
As a other reviewers commented on, it’s been there forever and a day. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and we have all been trained on where to stand, order, wait to keep everything moving. They have just gotten a well deserved exterior remodel.
A smile, good morning and thank you go both ways. Just think how many crazy parking lot people they deal every hour. Don’t be one of them peeps.

good service, good coffee. I would park on street or across the street and make the 30-​second walk to avoid the crazy parking lot. They never have any food that is fresh including donuts or muffins. However, chocolate chip cookie is a good splurge once in a while and excellent with coffee.

I usually go to this Dunkin Donuts, but Saturday was my final straw. I went to get an Iced Coffee, they claimed my gift card had no balance on it. My order was $ 3.43 and my card had $ 5.42 on it. I will not return to this location. There are tons of DD in North Jersey.

Let me start by saying I usually don’t expect much from a place like dunkin donuts. When I walked in I was asked what I wanted and then promptly the lady turned to the side and started talking with another employee. Like she was side tracked. Three times I asked for my daughters drink and three times I was ignored? Finally another woman stepped in and took my order, I was handed my change and receipt and never even got a «have a nice day». The drink was good but the service poor.

I have been going to this dunkin my entire life– and I haven’t find anywhere else that is better. I have lived in New Brunswick area and even in Long Island and the coffee at their dunkins is so bad that I rather pay 2x the price for Starbucks. This is the only dunkin I will ever go to because they make good coffee and they make it right I never have to ask them to remake it or add more milk or sugar they always get it right. The line in the AM is out the door mon– sun and there are tons of places to get coffee around — dunkin just does it right

this is one of the worst dukins out there. they are always out of something, no one speaks english inside, and forget about it if you go there past 11– each time i make a late ight visit for a cup of coffee the guy is in the back doing who knows what and akes me wait 15 mins just to get my order wrong — how hard is it to make a black cup of coffe, that means no milk guy.
I went here once and the overnight guy told me that they were closed-​its a 24 hour dunkin

I’m not really a Dunkin Donuts guy. The coffee is weak and has a weird flavor. But, I go there because I refuse to drive over the hill into Montclair and the local bagel shops and deli’s are too inconsistent. I think they’ve kept me coming back because a couple times a year I binge on doughnuts, and about once a month I need a bagel sandwich in the middle of the night.
I don’t think the parking is too bad. They have 10 — 12 spots. That’s pretty good for a coffee shop. Granted, I never go there during the morning rush. This DD has been there for as long as I can remember, at least 30 years I’d say. They still do a ton of business, so they must be doing something right.
