I think this is one of the better Dunkin’s in the area. I have been to Lincoln Park, Boonton, Parsippany (the one near shoprite), etc. This one in Caldwell seems to be the cleanest, the staff is friendly, and the drinks to me taste different but better as opposed to the rest. I was just there this afternoon for a coolata. I have gotten the same few drinks everywhere it is always better here.
Plus the location is good as well as the parking. there are many spaces and located on the main road that everyone passes while running errands. the prices are good and its always got an average amount of people when i go!

This location is ok. Nothing to brag about. Coffee is ok. My only complaint is lack of variety in donuts. Unless you go during morning rush you will find a lot of empty racks. I prefer the DD on Passaic avenue in west Caldwell. Farther but I will always make the trip and they always have stock up until closing. I only wish that one was 34 hours, or already close at midnight.

Parking is pretty good, location is good. Food is the same as any other. This store isn’t as busy as other stores, so it runs at a somewhat slower pace. I go here occasionally, but it isn’t my first choice DD.

A Time Warp. There are at least 6 people working behind the counter yet the idea of helping more than 1 customer at a time seems to be more than they can handle. Even that 1 customer takes an unbearably long time. Once I finally got to my turn, I had to repeat my order at least 3 times. Ugh!!! Then to top it off, when I got
home my coffee was wrong!!! Unless you have lots of time and want horrible service, stay away.

Guy behind the counter picked up a dirty rag off the floor and then proceeded to make a breakfast sandwich with that same hand, without washing.

I stopped in here earlier this week while in Caldwell with my daughter. This DD is pretty nice and is easy to get into and out of off of Bloomfield ave.
When we walked in at about 2:45 in the afternoon, the place was well staffed and we were greeted with a smile. We ordered our Cooladas and hung out talking for a while. Plenty of seating, clean bathrooms, pleasant service… adds up to a pretty good DD. my only problem is the Cooladas… I keep trying them, but I just don’t like them-​just too sweet. I got a coffee to go and it was as it should have been-​just like it would be somewhere else, and really that’s what I expect from a DD-​a consistent cup of Joe…
