Poor quality nail polishes. Got a pedi and the color looks extra weak. Look at prices before sitting down. Overall pedi was good. Nail painting is severely lacking.

The service is really good. They provide complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers. Honestly, the customer service experience I had was really good. There’s a guy that works the door and makes sure all the customers are comfortable. He can sometimes be abrasive, but I’d rather that then be totally neglected. The nail technicians are sweet and get the job done efficiently. We came in on a Sunday, which can usually be kind of crowded in other nail salons, but it wasn’t in here and we were able to have a nice relaxing time. The only downside of the place was that they are some hustlers lol. My mother asked for a pedicure and I got a full set; both are priced at $ 20 each so this should of been $ 40. However, for some reason the check came out to $ 55. When we asked what happened, apparently even though my mother asked for the basic pedicure, they went ahead and did some kind of deluxe pedicure where they give you a massage and dip you feet in hot wax. My mother didn’t mind paying it because she really liked her pedi and her technician did a really good job, but it would of been nice to know they were going to do something and charge her for something she didn’t ask for.

The same man welcomes you every time you enter. He is very enthusiastic and convincing :) But he does his best to make sure you’re taken care of the entire time you’re there. They are very accommodating. The ladies who have done my manicures and pedicures have done a great job each time I’ve gone. I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a nice, relaxing day!

I normally Unilocal new places, but sadly I didn’t. However, from the comments, this place has made NO improvements. I can go anywhere north of 35 and get better prices and a better ambiance. I have no idea how a lip and eyebrow wax came to $ 25, but any who. The room and bed were NOT clean. Plus, it was such a rush job. I don’t want anyone to settle for this place just b/c it’s in the neighborhood. There are nicer places that don’t play with prices, offer free massages w/your manicure AND a beverage.

I will never go back to this salon for any reason. I had been a loyal client for 6 years even before they moved from their first location on Wheatland. As they began to get more clients coming through the door, the techs began to deliver«Rush Jobs.» Over the years I have gone through many different nail techs just as I get use to one. My last time there was in January with a new nail tech and all I got was a fill on my nails. When it came down to pay for my service and no extras no polish, my normal bill went from $ 15 to $ 35! I asked the owner and she ask this new guy, his reply was«That’s my price.» Well his work wasn’t good and not worth $ 35, I left $ 15 and vowed not to go back because this wasn’t the first time I have received unprofessional services therefore my season was up with them. May they be blessed

I left this place crying. They used one of those 3d square files to remove my gel nail polish and tore up my skin on both sides of my nail and also on the top. I repeatedly told them they were hurting me but they didn’t stop until I was bleeding. When I told them I didn’t want to pay for what they did to me they were rude and told me it wasn’t their fault I had sensitive skin! I’ve never had this happen before. I had to seek medical attention the following day. It was by far the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. Do not let these people touch your nails! She went over my nails so many time that they are now thin and brittle. I can’t even remove the gel polish bc the tips of my nails are frayed underneath. I wish I could bc the polish is uneven and looks horrible.

The place kept changing prices while I was there. Final price was $ 15 over the original quoted and about $ 20 over the price quoted in the shop.

I don’t know how this place is still open. They use cheap powders for their solar nails that result in a cloudy appearance to your nails, an uneven surface and expect lifting within a week. The techs, even the owner and owner’s brother, Paul, who are supposed to be the best in the shop have poor technique. Those two are okay at best on their good days and horrible on their worst Very inconsistent. Don’t waste your time or money in this shop. I doubt you will be pleased unless you have low expectations for your nails.

SOAWFUL! They did a horrible job, charged me well over twice the amount they told me it would be, and pushed all kinds of extras no matter how many times I said no. It wasn’t till afterwards that I found out they ripped off a friend of mine and alot of other people(according to reviews)
