The younger ladies there are horribly rude. Service was going great until we opted out of upgrades. After my hudband and I service they just left us sitting in the chair. They didn’t ask if we needed anything extra or to allow me to dry. They could have atleast said thank you for your service. I will not return again due to lack of customer service

I have had the worst experience coming here ! I got a pedicure full set and eyebrows waxed ! The lady who did them waxed off most of my hair after I specified exactly how I wanted them done for the full set the guy used pink powder that I didn’t ask for and tried to over charge me so Even if it’s your last option don’t go there.

Some of the nail techs are extremely rude… The nail tech that did my nails today was hurtful while doing my nails. She would not stop being rough even after I said something to her… The pricing is too high for anyone to be rude… Rosa is nice. They also will try to get over on you… Be careful!!!

Don’t do it! I only came to this place because my normal lady at the Avalon Salon in Northpark was on vacation and I was in a pinch. Never again! The worse solar nail fill I’ve ever gotten. He killed my hands/cuticles with the drill and didn’t fill in the white portion of my nails. Cutting corners(and my cuticles is completely unacceptable.) See picture for more details. There were people arguing about how much they were charged for services and it truly was like a circus in this place. I’m sorry but it’s a no go!

I wanted a basic pedi w/a design. The place was clean and empty, but it was a Monday afternoon. Mai did a nice job on my toes, but she’s not good at nail art at all. She gave me a tic, tac, toe design with silver accents… wasn’t having that. She got an attitude when I asked her for another simple design with lines on the side. It took her 10 minutes to attempt that and it was a mess. I told her to forget the design. Once I was dry and walking out the door, I ran into this big ass bolder that they placed as a door stop. So, I had to go back and get 2 of my toes fixed. I won’t be going back.

My grandmother and I were drawn to this place because of their«Free Manicure w/Pedicure» schtick, but quickly learned that it was just that… a schtick. It turns out that the pedicure was actually $ 28, several dollars above what nearby salons charge for the same service. Having fallen for the oldest marketing trick in the book, we decided to stay for pedicures and our«free» manicures. The manicurists worked in tandem with the pedicure techs, and they never stopped trying to convince us to upgrade our«free» manicures to gel manicures for $ 35. The lady who worked on my grandmother was quite humorous about her selling tactic, whereas the manicurist working on me was rude, pushy, barely spoke English, and refused to take«no, maybe next time» for an answer. She eventually left me alone with the man doing my pedicure, who was much more pleasant to work with. Once my pedicure was done, I opted to get my eyebrows done. The lady who did them spoke very little English, but was nice and very professional, and did an absolutely amazing job. I will definitely go back for a pedicure and eyebrow service, but I don’t know if I’ll ever get another manicure. I mean, my nails are uneven, the polish began chipping the same day, and my cuticles look awful. I don’t know if they do this deliberately to get people to buy other nail services, but I definitely don’t appreciate it.
