We had chicken fried steak with a sampler plate of fried mushrooms, mozzarella sticks, and fried pickles for an appetizer. Best fried pickles I’ve had in Dallas!
The jalapeño gravy isn’t anything special, but it’s an added kick for spicaholics. The mashed potatoes were actual potatoes and the fried okra was exactly what my craving requested.
Our waitress seemed new and had difficulty using the 20% discount Unilocal coupon (removing a star as we had to send the check back twice), but it worked out.
