I Lovveeee Panera bread but this location is very lackluster around closing time. I always order the same thing via the remote ordering app. Sometimes it’s right, sometimes it’s not, sometimes I’m missing an item. It’s irritating but I just contribute their incompetence to their itching desire to go home. Although I normally order around 8:30 and they don’t close until 10. –_–

Pretty decent place to get a customized sandwich. When it gets busy the wait for your order can get long for a fast food place, but I prefer that because your order is being made specifically for you. My favorite food items are the Creamy Tomato Soup and the Cinnamon Crumb Cake.

It pains me to have to give 2 stars, the food is fine & the staff is kind, but… –paint stains on cushions — fireplace is falling apart and dirty — burnt sourdough bread — red onion tastes bitter like white onion

I love panera and this was the worst experience ever received from one. It took 30 min to get our food with barely any other customers, and really horrible customer service. Ordered 2 dine in lattes and they brought them in to go cups, when we requested them in dine in cups the employee made a face and took it back upset, brought it back with no whipped cream and when we requested whipped cream she said they couldnt because the kitchen was really«busy» among other things, I prefer to go to Starbucks if this is the service well be getting.

This Panera Bread should called Panera. At 11 a.m. and the only loaf of bread available is rye. Of course it’s possible all the other variety were sold earlier in the morning but seems to be a common occurrence at this branch. Also, the location is not too clean in comparison to other Panera I have visited. On a positive note, the employees were helpful, professional, and friendly.

I had not been to a Panera with the kiosks to order my food. Very convenient and easy way to order. They were very quick about getting our food out to us and very nice.

Coffee is way better than Starbucks. So is the food. This is a good place for me and my wife to set and talk or surf the web. Not the most romantic place but it is a lot of fun. One thing I like is that we can set at our table and order food from our tablets. Beats standing in line.

I love this place. We always have a great experience with the exception of tonight. Tonight the young lady who took our order was less than helpful. They brought the order out wrong and huffed a sign at the request that it be corrected. They were apparently out of the baguette bread that comes with soups but no one bothered to make that known until the order was brought out with chips. The ladies who brought out the food had a terrible attitude and the dining room was a mess(and 8:30 should be beyond the dinner rush) I’m posting this and giving 4 because I love this place and want to see it maintained and to pursue continued excellence.

Mac and cheese is usually really good hit today it was a bit runny and not thick. Still tasted good. My sandwich was good, they actually added to Gouda I requested today. The last time I was here I ordered chips instead of a baguette. They gave me a baguette and I let them know o ordered chips instead. The manager sent someone over to take my baguette away. What were they going to do with it after taking it from my plate? Thought that was weird. But the food is good I’ll be coming here obviously still!

Even though there was a significant line when we arrived, we were at the counter and ordering in no time. The young lady working the counter was very nice and knowledgeable when I asked a few questions about a sandwich. Our food was delivered quickly and everything was delicious! This place was clean, fast, and yummy!

This used to be my favorite place to study. But I have to agree with other reviews, they need to rethink the management. I’m sitting here at the table making faces at another guest, because we can hear the staff cursing up a storm about their work schedule. PRO: the food is great, the variety of food is great, the ambiance is peaceful. This is a great place to meet a group of classmates or co-workers for lunch. I always meet sometime interesting while I’m here.

Second time coming. I enjoy the food. I like how you can order at a kiosk with a credit card. You can also order from your table online. There their call in and to go system is nice also. Looks like you call in your order and they place it on a shelf according to your name. Then I believe you take it to the front and pay? Or you pay online. Nice atmosphere and free wifi.

Due to their computer going down my rapid pick-up order was not ready when I arrived. The staff very quickly took care of my order and I was on my way in no time. They have a well trained and professional staff who care about customers.

3* is really for my Frozen Mocha and broccoli cheese soup. My wait for it was 25 minutes and I received the soup first. I had to ask for my mocha. Maybe they pass over it because it was very busy. I’ve never been to this location and maybe haven’t been to «Bread» since they upgraded it in a whole. Pagers and you can speed up your order by placing it yourself at these screens off to the side. Fancy. I would however say that the make out of the place is off balance. Why? The waiting(takeout)and drink fountain areas are in the same area that they pick up the orders to deliver to tables. A lot of excuse me– passing through people while they either waiting on their to go order or getting drinks. If I had a tip: for the consumer be patient and stand to the side because they have to deliver the food to the dine in customers. Tip for the business: why give pagers if your taken the order to the customer? Do they tell you where they’re sitting? Seem like you had to guess where people were sitting.(What if the customer drop off the pager and pick their food up) Why is the drink fountain in the back doubling the traffic in that area. A lot going on. But if it’s not broke.

Worst experience EVER from a Panera. Kitchen couldn’t keep up with orders coming through the kiosks and the order line. Took 45 minutes to get cinnamon roll because it was ordered with a breakfast sandwich. So, via kiosk, no one working to get the pastries to kiosk order. If you order cinnamon roll with breakfast sandwhich at register, they would hand you the cinnamon roll when you pay. Kitchen got behind so customers started ‘claiming’ orders that were not theirs. So orders being closed out . When the cooked food arrived, it was barely warm from sitting in the window. HORRIBLE!

I love Panera Bread, and I’m okay with the rapid ordering however, my only issue is the wait time at this location. I guess it’s a popular location. In regards to the food, it’s delicious! My favorite dish right now is the Broth bowls. Definitely recommend those.

This location is always good to go and is definitely always busy. Like other Panera locations, the food is fresh, is always good, and the prices are okay(although kinda pricey for what you get in my opinion), but it is always consistent with great customer service. I wish I could say more, but it really is just a typical bistro chain with wifi.
