Moved across the street since my prior review. Currently under new management. I was told that previous management brought in a new partner. They changed the pizza recipe, and IMO for the better. Have only had from pies fresh out of the oven, but a substantial improvement from my previous visits.

WORST service I have ever received ! Ordered a plain pie to be delivered .25 miles away and after 30 minutes, called to check the status. Rude waitress said driver was here and I waited outside for additional 20 minutes. Called again and said delivery man was down the block. Went up to his parked car and asked if pizza was warm and he said yes. I touched the pie and told him it was ice cold — he aggressively grabbed it out of my hands, cursed at me, then threw it in his pickup truck. DONOTORDERFROMHERE !!!

Top of the line pizza, great variety of choices and mouth watering flavors by the slice or the pie! Used to be across the street, but moved over when the 7⁄11 came to town, now they’re snuggled up next to the liquor store so you can grab a slice and a beer and start you Monday morning right. Favorite of mine has always been the buffalo chicken slice, but they also have excellent whole wheat slices and calzones!

Ok pizza, ok to expensive prices… it’s all just ok. I’ll check out Frank’s next. For better pizza, I always hit Pizza Palace in Randolph or Reservoir.

Note: this place moved across the street, in place of the old Pronto Deli. The phone number is the same. The prices are a bit high(expect to pay $ 15 or more for a large) but they are generous with the cheese and the hand-tossed crust is well done. Plenty of seating, nice and clean décor with friendly staff. I live nearby and I’m glad to have this pizzeria in the neighborhood.

Not a good place for pizza, just go to Franks a mile more down the Road. Well if you wish you can just go and waste your money on this place.

Good pizza but there’s at least one worker there with an attitude problem. My first and only time there the guy behind the counter was rather unpleasant. I told him I was in a rush and to not make the pizza too hot… After about a minute I asked him to take it out and he barked that it wasn’t ready. A few people at my job have had bad experiences there as well, and now the entire office drives an extra mile to get pizza from Frank’s Pizza. Frank’s is about the same quality as Ridgedale and the staff is much nicer. I’m not just saying this due to my negative experience. Ridgedale also has no seating and it didn’t appear to have a public restroom.

I went in and ordered a panini for lunch and it didnt have the chicken I requested it to have. I went back because the panini only had tomato and cheese. The person who took my order cursed at me multiple times and the owner reached into the cash register and threw the money at my face. Mind you, this occured in front of other customers who followed me out after they witnessed it. The police showed up and took a full report!!! WORSTCUDTOMERSERVICEONTHEPLANET!!! People like this don’t deserve ANYONE’S money!!!

Using their online menu we placed an order over the phone. The order came missing 3 of the items we asked for. The price we were told over the phone matched our expectations from the online menu, but when we called to complain about the missing food we were told the prices had gone up. When we pointed out the difference from the online menu he said it was out of date and it didn’t matter, the new prices were the new prices. The call ended with him telling me he had no time to deal with my problem and that if i wanted a $ 0.50 refund I could come down and get it and he promptly hung up on me. We have been customers for 15 years and this experience was the absolute worst. We will never order from them again. This place was so much better with the previous owners.

I was in the mood for pizza. Which never happens when I am not intoxicated. I called to ask if they could do a buffalo chicken pizza and the guy on the phone said«no problem, give me 15 – 20 minutes.» I figured most pizza places would be swamped on a Saturday night, so I gave them 30 minutes. BIGMISTAKE! My pizza was definitely ready in 15 – 20 minutes because when I got it it was not very very hot. Don’t get me wrong, this is NOT a bad thing, to my experience a lot of pizzerias do not honor the time they tell you so I thought I would give them an extra few minutes. The pizza was actually drowned in ranch, which honestly, I’m not complaining about. I haven’t had many buffalo chicken pizzas to compare, but it was pretty solid. Bottom Line: From what my fellow Unilocalers have been saying. If you want it quick, go pick it up. Delivery may take a bit. Surprisingly, the guy behind the counter was very courteous(with the very few words he said to me) He was very polite when telling me the price and telling me to have a good night. Not expected from a local pizzeria. Two thumbs up!

Surprisingly delicious gluten-free pizza! Only comes in one size and it is sort of expensive, but I’ve NEVER had a place DELIVER gluten-free pizza. It’s fantastic!

Really good Italian delivery food, between the pizzas, the chicken parmesan subs, and the various standard dishes like Veal Parmesan or Chicken Francaise. Garlic knots were great last time too. Delivery can take a bit of time, so if you want it quick get it to go — if the delivery was great every time it would be 5 stars. Otherwise you can’t go wrong with the food.

Best pizza in 10 miles. Buffalo chicken and the various pasta inspired pizzas are a hit. Pizza here tops Tabor’s

Good, friendly service. Sub sandwiches aren’t quite so great, stick to the pizza.
