Austin Pro Inspections

I have nothing but great things to say about Austin Pro Inspections and Todd, the inspector. This might be a long review as an inspection is not an easy or short or cheap task and I definitely want others to get their monies worth! I actually received his flyer in the mail and a few other competitors at the same time, it’s funny that they all knew my warranty was coming to an end… Any hew, I love getting the best deal and it’s not very often that the average person needs a home inspection. Well my new house was about to turn 1 and I definitely wanted to get it inspected as any issues would be covered under the home builders warranty. I called every single company that sent me a flyer and found Todd to be one of the friendliest and really cost effective as well as being licensed and insured which was a huge plus for me as these inspectors have to climb around in the attic and the roof. Some of the other companies were not licensed or insured or both, this is a scary thought! Anyway, me being late on everything, called Todd a week before I needed to get the inspection done and guess what, he said he could do the inspection in just a few days on a Saturday morning! This was great as I work during the week, so very convenient! The only bad thing I could say was that Todd was late for the appointment, but he did call me ahead of time to let me know that his first appointment took longer than expected. This I understood and was fine with. When he should up, he was very friendly and explained to me the process and the system he uses to inspect and do the reports. He was very thorough and even explained in great detail the issues and concerns he had. The inspection lasted a little over 2 hours and in the end we went over all of his findings. He had another inspection after me, but said I would have my report within 24 hours. The next morning I had my report in my email and I looked it over and sent it off with still a couple days left till my warranty expired!
Overall, I would highly recommend this company as it’s price competetive, speedy, efficient, very friendly and extremely thorough and professional!
