Low marks from me due to the overwhelming smells in this store. The combination of potpourri, candles, and soaps almost made me faint! Beware if you’re sensitive /asthmatic. They have an awesome selection of pretty stuff for the home, but even the sale prices are expensive. I probably wouldn’t buy something there if I didn’t have a coupon. I walked past several employees, only one asked if i needed help. However, the young girl at the register was very helpful and friendly. Most likely won’t return unless I need something specific.

By far the best BB&B in the North/Northwest Austin area. Friendliest and most helpful staff. On more than one occasion, they actually engage in conversation when you are checking out — kind of refreshing. I live in the Arboretum(and there is a BB&B just down the street), but I still manage to always go to this location, whenever possible. The bad news bears, though, is that my CBTL coffee is probably going to be discontinued, based on their markdown per box to $ 5.99. Oh well, such is life.

Best BB&B ever!!! By far the most friendly retail staff members I’ve ever encountered! So helpful, and if you need to call a REAL person answers the phone. Wow! They even take multiple BB&B coupons on one transaction and it doesn’t matter if they are expired or not. Also, have never been in a BB&B like this one before — didn’t know they existed. A huge side of the store is all beauty and health care items — how convenient! The even carry high end hair care(e.g., Pureology). NOTE: If an item is out of stock they will order it for you, apply any coupons you might have, AND waive the S&H fee and ship directly to your home. Have been shopping at BB&B for years(even had one of my wedding registries there) and was NEVER told about this option. Awesome!

I went to Bed, Bath & Beyond this week to purchase a new coffee maker. I bought a Cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker a year ago at this store and I have loved it. Unfortunately, it stopped working 3 weeks ago… some days it would turn on, some days it wouldn’t. Couldn’t figure out what was wrong — thought it might be an electrical short — very frustrating for a $ 100 coffee maker! As I was looking at other models, Doug, a superviser/manager, came over and asked if I needed help. I told him about my problem and he offered immediately to replace the coffee maker. I was stunned. I didn’t have the receipt with me as I never expected to have it replaced. After a year, you assume you will have to deal with the manufacturer. Doug suggested I bring it in and Manny, another manager, told me to pick out whatever I wanted to replace it. I have never received such incredible customer service in my entire life! When a store stands behind their products and treats a customer with such respect and courtesy, it is an amazing feeling. As a very grateful and appreciative customer, I have told all my friends about this experience and the great customer service I received. Thank you, Doug and Manny. I’ll be doing a lot of Christmas shopping at Bed, Bath & Beyond!

The customer service here is great! We have bought some great high-quality products including a lighted make-up mirror, a leather/wood stool, a shower curtain, tons of items for our kitchen, a brushed bronze bathroom trash can, a bath rug, and plenty more! They stand behind their products 100% which it great, because I once bought a new brush and it broke in half the first time I used it. I returned it with no problems whatsoever. They also price-adjust if you bring in coupons after the fact which is amazing. Sometimes they have 20% off for students & teachers which is AWESOME!

I had the best customer service I have ever had with a merchant here. The store manager, Tim, was very helpful and accommodating. I retuned a Dyson Vacuum cleaner, which no one does, but I was not satisfied with its performance. I didn’t have the receipt. The store manager determined that the model was discontinued and agreed to give me the original retail price when it was new as an exchange. Since I had a recent surgery, he had someone carry it out to my car for me. Very pleasant– no hassle. They have my business hands down!
