Today I decided was the day I was finally going to get someone to clean the windows in the house I rent. I have been here for about 18 months, the house is rental property and I doubt the windows were ever cleaned. I posted on our community FB page asking if anyone knew anyone or recommended anyone, I didn’t get any responses. I used Unilocal! And found a guy in Cedar Park who had amazing reviews and I gave him a call. I told him how many windows and doors. Wanted inside /outside done, he suggested I do the screens as well and all of the screens were only an extra $ 25. Brilliant Window Washing I couldn’t give him higher than a five-star rating because they only go up to 5 stars! I called, he had an opening this afternoon, showed up on time. He came in and washed all of the windows inside and out. He also brushed down the screens and wiped them down, both sides. This guy did an amazing job! He was super meticulous. Moved stuff carefully, put it back everything back in its place perfectly, like you never knew it was moved. Wiped down window sills, inside of the windows, you know where all of those dead bugs accumulate. Local guy, polite, friendly, good work, professional. Give him a try, you won’t regret it!

Eric of Brilliant Window Washing was on time, extremely polite and very professional. He took great care to move furniture inside the home and put it back, as well as wipe all the dead bugs off my windowsills. My windows were not only coated with dirt but also had paint splatters. He removed all of it. I love looking out my windows now that they’ve been expertly cleaned by Brilliant. I felt the price for windows and screan cleaning was reasonable for the level of quality.

These guys are awesome. I’m really late in writing up this review but I didn’t want to forget doing so. I had a house I wanted to put up on the market and it was suggested that I take the screens down on my house and wash the windows. Well in the 6+ years I had lived there I had never cleaned the windows. Due to the amount of work I needed to do to get the house on the market I decided to get them done professionally. I happened to see this truck driving around in Round Rock and decided to give them a call. The gentleman who answered the phone was in the truck and agreed to come and give me an estimate. Him and another guy showed and up 1 minute ahead of schedule and got to work on my windows. It was February and cold but they stayed on task and knocked them out in probably an hour and my windows looked awesome. These windows previously were pretty dirty. Again I had lived there for 6+ years and never had cleaned the windows and in addition to that my garage has windows which had dead bugs on the window seal, the windows itself had spray paint on the inside(fake snow) and the usual grime and they cleaned and polished it all. There was no way I could have done this great of a job myself. I originally was thinking about getting a water hose and attaching one of those spray cleaning solutions Windex makes but with our hard water I would have then had to squeegee it off to prevent water spots and I doubt that the solution would have cleaned even half as well plus the window seal full of dead bugs in the garage. Both guys were very professional, they had uniforms so I knew who they were and when they got to my house they got straight to work and kept at it until they were finished. One guy on each side. They were detailed about their work, looking for any missed spots and they also were very careful. I had several windows in the back of my house which had window tinting to prevent heat and they managed to clean those windows as well without scratching any of the tint. Once they were done they took me around and had me inspect their work. Any concerns were addressed right away. I can’t recommend these guys more. My real estate agent was extremely impressed and took their business card for future referrals, and the sales associate for the painters I used was extremely impressed and so was I of course.
