A big thank you to Jessie. She should be the poster person for customer service. Not only was she friendly, polite and knowledgeable; She checked our plan and found that there was an error in the billing on one of our lines and made adjustments to our account. This error had been overlooked by several reps over the last 4+ years, We really appreciated her help.

This Verizon makes me remember why I am a Verizon customer. I have had issues with other Verizon’s in the past but this one is the best one I have been to by far. The staff are so friendly, helpful and nice and they have tons of patience especially for someone like me who is technologically challenged. I will definitely be coming back soon and recommending this store to all my family and friends!

Hands down — the BEST experience I have ever had in a Verizon store! Rachel and Mike were AWESOME! Especially Mike! I had broken my phone with no insurance. They went the extra mile to find me the least costly solution to getting me back on line. AND, while my phone was activating, Mike did all my rebate paperwork. All I have to do is drop it in the mail. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I would give No stars if this was an option. I went to this store, thinking I would have the same experience as a Verizon Corporate store and I was wrong, they bring down the name for Verizon. I came in to switch my service from another company, I meet with a guy who claimed to be the manager, at first he seemed really nice and honest, but I was wrong. Long story short, I purchased two GS4, for almost $ 500.00, had to drive 40 mins to pick them up, I found out 2 days later, I should have gotten two GS4 for $ 99.00 with rebate and no activation fees, plus $ 200.00 credit on my bill. I had to go back and argue, with the original guy that sold me the phones, a store manager and another employee. Now I am told I will get my phones price matched and a refund, plus a refund on my activation fees, and the $ 200.00 credit will be on my bill. «It normally take 3 – 5 business days for this to happen» But we’ll see.
