Great hotel for price. Very clean, great fresh breakfast, great beds, pillows, bath, etc. Friendly & helpful staff. Sufficient parking. Pool is not worth any extra price. Didn’t use the«exercise» equipment but others did. The«business» area is a shelf with fax machine on counter in lobby. If you book through priceline, you can not cancel.

This hotel is dirty. Every time you walk in it smells like an old Whopper from Burger King. The lady that works at night keeps her dog behind the counter. That being said she is rarely behind the counter. Her and her boyfriend live at the hotel so she is usually somewhere with him. They overcharged us by $ 150 and refused to reverse the charges. One thing to remember when booking through this company is that all hotels are privately owned and they make their own rules. The owner Terry Anderson is a thief and expects you to file through small claims to get your money back. We live out of state as most people do so he is a predator on guests. When we left we made sure we checked out, he did not add the other charges for 2 days!!! Beware Do not give your credit card info here!!!

I recently stayed here with my 11-year-old son for 8 nights. I was pleasantly surprised when we checked into our room. I found the hotel to be very clean, modern, well-priced and convenient to many stores, restaurants, movie theaters. The staff was some of the friendliest I have encountered at hotels. My son loved making the Texas-shaped waffles at the complimentary breakfast, and there were other good choices(scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, bagels/cream cheese). He also enjoyed the outdoor pool, which I found to be very clean. The air conditioning was nice and cold when we checked in on a hot summer day. I would definitely stay here again, but would request a room on the opposite side of the train track and take a «white noise» type of device with me, to mask the train sounds.

Hotel is a nice facility. Most of the Staff is friendly. I was very pleased with my room and upkeep of hotel as they are renovating. Clean and spacious. My visit was one night. I was so happy with the facility that I was going to extend my stay another night. However, I did not because when I returned to the facility around 930pm there was no parking available. There are contacting/construction workers who stay there with big trucks and some enclosed trailers attached. As a result, these workers parked horizontally in the vertical parking spots, taking up FIVE spots. Other parking spots that were vacant was impossible to get in to because of these trucks and only minimal space left. I feel the staff could have spoken to these guests about that to better accommodate everyone giving them business entirely. It was very unfair and disappointing to see regulations were not enforced. In addition, there doesn’t seem to be much activity of the staff constantly checking on guests and inventory. For example, during breakfast this morning many of the construction workers that stay there ate breakfast. Staff did not come back to check on the breakfast area. For this reason, when my family and I went for breakfast around 7am not much was available. For example, there were eggs but no more sausage. It was left empty for a while. I did not feel what I paid for was worth the inconveniences. Which was about $ 75. $ 90 after tax. This facility is not designed for families, business travel, and average guests. Only great for workers on site nearby, i.e., the construction workers that are here. They get the best treatment and I’m sure for a cheaper value. Not recommended otherwise.
