You should only come here if you HATECREAMCHEESE. Since they barely use any in their«schmears» you should be all set.

French toast bagel, toasted with honey almond spread. Yummy!!! The customer service was above and beyond. Give it another chance because I’m seeing a lot of great changes!!!

This place is kind of a hot mess. I stopped by one morning a little after 6am. They weren’t open. The sign on the door said they opened at 6am, and I had been there at 6am before, but on this bizarre weekday they were closed. No employee cars in the lot. Nada. So weird. Anyway, that totally screwed my morning because I had planned to pick up bagels for work and ended up showing up sans bagels, hungry and without my morning coffee. Thanks a pantload, Einstein!(I drove by a few hours later and they were open so I guess someone didn’t want to get up that early?) So in spite of their inability to be open during the posted hours, I went back to Einstein a few days later. This time it was like 11am. I was hungry and the gods were smiling upon me cause there was no line at the drive thru! I pulled up to the sign and it said the drive thru was not working. WTF? So I get to the window and there’s another sign saying the whole place is temporarily closed due to some computer glitch or something. SERIOUSLYGUYS, GETITTOGETHER! So now, I just go to the location down off 183 near Arboretum. It’s on my way to work and the staff there is 100% nicer and more professional than the staff at Cedar Park. I don’t know if these are franchises or corporate owned, but if they are corporate, fire the GM and hire new staff!

Do not come to this location anytime in the near future and expect speedy service through their drive thru. Their speaker has been broken for at least two weeks now. This causing the line to be incredibly slow. I have tried twice to get a bagel and it’s taken at least fifteen minutes each time.

Drive thru window wasn’t working. There was a long line at the drive thru. When I go to the window to order I didn’t remember the whole menu so I asked the person to get me a menu. He didn’t have any menus on hand or in the entire café. I heard his Manager tell him that I should have remembered what I wanted to order. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!!! 20 mins and I need to remember what I want from the menu!!!

Writing this while waiting in drive thru line for more than 30 mins on Sat, 12/19, 9:24am. Speaker at drive thru is broken so everyone orders at window. Speaker was broken last weekend also(hmmm). Last week noticed all new faces inside, and my chai tea latte was terrible, clearly made wrong. Something definitely wrong here. Bagel breakfast sandwiches still good. Hope they fix other issues :(

Hands down the worst drive thru ever! Must repeat each and every item at least twice. This morning I ordered a dozen bagels with cream cheese. After 3 attempts of calling out 12 bagels I knew that it was going to be wrong at the window. Sure enough when I got to the window I asked the guy to repeat my order back to me. He looked at me and said«what did you order». I told him«A dozen bagels and cream cheese», he then said«What kind of bagels do you want?» At that point, I told him to forget it and went Whataburger. This is not the first time, that I have had a terrible experience at the drive thru there. I’ve learned my lesson and will not go back.

I am done with this place. FIRSTOFF — NEVERGODURINGTHE lunch hour. They never have hardly any bagel selection for you. This place definitely does not cater to a full menu all day. I cant tell you how many times I have gone around 1145am in the morning for lunch to find out that their signature sandwhiches dont even have the right bagel in stock. I have spoke to the manager and her only excuse is we are working on it. I had a craving today to have the jalapeño bagel, and they were out — this is 11:35am in the morning. This place should only stay open till 11am everyday, because there is no point for this place to stay open when you cant even enjoy a bagel selection. I will take my $ 10.00 somewhere else.

Was excited to see an Einstein’s in Cedar Park when we moved here. My first experience was in KC years ago and I became addicted. We came lat in the afternoon so no one else was there — service was«meh» — Cream cheese was layered on like frosting so I had to scrape some off. But the bagels were still good — will try again.

Came here to get bagels for my team and the service was so so at best. Walked in and all the employees at the counter were busy doing their thing and no one really greeted me. Knew exactly what I wanted got to the order station and ordered the bakers box and the person asked me which ones I wanted. They filled my order and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. But nothing amazing service wise. Bagels were good though so no complaints there. Overall good bagels service nothing exciting but wouldn’t stop coming here.

Quality used to be much better, but has slipped lately, and the employees don’t seem to care. Asked for my bagel toasted, but it wasn’t. Wife’s bagel was doughy, like it was undercooked. Overall, unpleasant experience.

Pretty good breakfast spot if you like bagels, sandwiches and coffee(my family does). 2 complaints are, they tend to run out of certain bagels too quickly and I wish they were open later.

TERRIBLE! Thursday ATPRIMETIMELUNCHHOUR1am, no more than 4 – 5 people in the sit down, no drive through crowd, no line at cashier. Virtually every bagel bin empty including: pretzel, poppy, potato, cinnamon, cheese, blueberry, etc. The only bagels were wheat, everything and sesame and those look like they were burnt, taken out of the oven and then put back in to burn some more. The burnt bagel bins were not surprisingly completely full. I ask the lady did she have any other bagels in the back she said«no, and then left… and never came back». I took pictures. I complained to the management and they were just unresponsive. If I were you, I would avoid this place like the plague.

I tend to eat in here every once in a while on weekday mornings 8:30ish to have breakfast when I cannot deny my bagel cravings any longer. Its expensive, but its satisfying. My husband usually enjoys his breakfast sandwich. They have a good coffee station as well as refillable iced coffee. The OJ is aight. They seem to run a little slow, but they’ve always been friendly and the order has always come out right for us. But if the line is to the door, you might want to try somewhere else to eat because its clear they can’t handle a crowd.

I’m sad to see there are so many negative reviews on this place, I actually had a wonderful experience this morning. I came in with several different orders, I was picking breakfast up for myself and some coworkers. The woman who helped me was Shannon and she was a delight! I placed my order and she was very polite and made sure she got everything right before sending it in. I paid and waited for my name to be called, but was surprised when she brought the whole order to the table I was waiting at. I ordered a ham and cheddar egg sandwich on a 6 cheese bagel. I got to work, about a 15 minute drive, and it was still hot and delicious. My coworkers also got breakfast sandwiches and they all enjoyed it as well. The whole restaurant was very clean, the employees were absolutely sweet and our food was made exactly as ordered and tasted great. We will definitely be back very very soon and I hope Shannon is still working there!

Love Einstein’s Bagels but the Cedar Park location needs a little TLC. The restaurant was dirty. No clean tables(lots of empty ones… all dirty.) Took 15 minutes to get 2 breakfast sandwiches. BUT.. the bagels are good. The breakfast sandwiches are good. The coffee is good. Perhaps they should consider on weekends having a semi-committed dining room person to wipe off tables and pick up the trash and cups on the floor. ;) The lack of cleanliness may keep us away from this location, but we’re huge fans and WILL brake for Einstein Bagels when we run across them in Texas. 5 stars for Einstein’s. 3 stars for Whitestone.

Im upset. My boyfriend and I went into the restaurant and ordered 2 poppy seed bagels and 1 cheese cheese bagel. When we ordered the poppy seed bagels their were three left. What seems like forever later, a lady comes from the back and tells me they only have 1 poppy seed bagel left for my order and wants to know what else I wanted instead. I told her their were 3 when I ordered them she said oh well they must have grabbed them for Togo… Thats not my problem. I ordered and played for them they should have instantly been put aside to avoid such situation. The lady was rude and acted like she could care less. Very disappointed guess if I wanted to get what I actually paid for I should have went through the drive through.

The drive thru was empty when we pulled in this morning, so we took our time looking at the menu to decide what kind of bagels we wanted. When she was ready I first gave her my husbands order which was an onion bagel, toasted, with plain cream cheese. Then mine, a plain thin bagel with honey walnut cream cheese, toasted as well. She repeated the order correctly so we pulled up to the window. I gave her my card and she stepped away. 1 minute.2…3… hello? Finally she comes back with my card and receipt and tells me it will be one more minute on the bagels. About a good 4 – 5 minutes later, a long line already formed behind me at this point, she gives me my order. «They probably hate me and think I ordered the whole store», I tell my husband referring to the cars behind me. Who knew it would take that long to toast and spread two bagels? Or should I say one. As we got home to find only mine had made it to the toaster, so my husband got to enjoy nice cold onion bagel for breakfast. Yum! Not only was it frustrating because it took so long, but she even repeated to me that both were to be toasted. Oy vey. It would have been cheaper and faster to stop at HEB for a pack of bagels and make them ourselves

I guess I really should write 2 review maybe. Bagels were(as usual) the bomb. I could go here every day and get a toasted blueberry bagel with strawberry schmear, but thankfully they aren’t conveniently located! LOL I went on Monday early afternoon and I swear the kid at the window was high, but whatevs– long as my shyt is good, do you. I wanted bagels, but the lunch pix on the menu looked really good, so I got a bagel and the turkey & cheddar sandwich. I know this kid told me that pickles & mustard go on this sandwich– so I was stoked. However, when I opened this not warm sandwich, it 1– wasn’t cut, 2– dry &3– had no pickles or mustard on it. The tad bit of mayo was on the fat lettuce that ate up the rest of the sandwich. Somewhere along 1431 is about 2 lbs of lettuce, js– cause I threw that shit out. I chose the sandwich on the multi-seed bread, and it was pretty dry too. Overall, I think my sandwich sucked. Bagel went hard tho. Stick with what your good @ Einstein.
