Just stopped in before going food shopping and had a delicious fresh chopped salad made to order which meant i could leave things out and add others and extras at no additional charge. It was a large portion for a snack but with a generous scoop of tuna it was delicious. I’ll be back

I realize I can make my own sandwich at home for a fraction of the cost, but dang I love getting sandwiches from firehouse! They’re fantastic and I have never had an issue with this location. My food always taste fresh, the vegetables are of good quality, the tea is always southern sweet(the only way it should be) and the employees are constantly friendly and joking around with each other. This is one of my favorite stops for lunch, you won’t be disappointed!

The food at firehouse is good, but the service doesn’t outweigh the food which gets 3 stars. The cashier, she was friendly. But the guys behind the sandwich line were not. He looked put out when I asked him for peppers. In fact they seemed a little bigoted. Won’t be coming back to this location.

their toaster wasn’t working that day, so there were no toasted or warm subs at all. I ordered a roast beef and it had cold everything, way too much not so good bread in relation to filling, I will never be going back! Subway is much better

This place is awesome, the staff here is excellent and the food is wonderful, especially for the price… Sometimes tho, it is S-L-O-W, as in 10 – 15 mins for a sandwich when they’re really busy, but usually it’s much better than that. I like this place…

not sure what others are talking about that they had a long wait. after eating here I would never go back to that other«Sub«place. The employees were friendly and fast. The place was spotless and the sandwiches(I got chicken salad) are fantastic. I love this place. Oh, and free fireman’s hats

I wasn’t impressed. I’m a huge fan of Jimmy Johns and thought I would give this place a try. Everything on the menu was a different take on the same sandwich. Nothing really seemed original about it and I thought it was a little pricey for what I got. With SO many other sandwich options in the area, I think I’ll try somewhere else next time.

I love challenges when it comes to food and eating out… The«combo» here is a bag of chips & a fountain drink. It seems like they steam the subs to heat them instead of toasting them. I don’t mind it but I like toasting better because it makes the subs more crispy. The meats are really great though. This place reminded me of Jimmy John’s. I’ll have to come back to try the hot subs.

This place is amaze balls. The employees are nice and gracious and the food is so fricking good. I can’t believe how fast they were. I was at phonetic waiting for them to open… I have up and came over here. Within minutes of ordering my food was ready and my order was correct! :) I’m gonna finish stuffing my face. If you want a sandwich done right and done fast, come here!!! :)

This is my 4 year olds favorite place to eat. He loves the meatball sub. It’s meaty and affordable. I like the hook and ladder, hero, and LOVETHE pork n slaw when they have it on special. Best pork n slaw I’ve ever had!!! Hawaiian sweet bun! Meaty! Coleslaw on top– delicious! The drink machine is fancy too. The kids like it Always clean. Always good service here. Love it!

I will not be going back here. Wanted a meatball sub, the employee rudely told me it would take him at least 25 minutes for a meatball sub. He almost seemed angry I had even asked about a meatball sub. I didn’t want to wait so I went with the Italian. My Italian sandwich was just terrible and it still took 20 minutes to get our sandwiches. Literally have nothing good I can say about my experience here.

Now I know when I haven’t been back since I went vegan four years ago. I ordered a veggie sub and it took forever to come out. I was the first one of my party to order and I got my sub as they were half way done with theirs. The sandwich bread was so soggy it felt like I was eating a wet sponge with vegetables. I won’t ever be coming back.

I’ve been to this location a number of times and have always had a stellar experience. Service is always fast and friendly and the store and serving areas are always clean. On to the sandwiches! I’ve had both their hot and cold subs and the cold subs are deli quality. I’m not a big fan of mustard and Mayo on my fine Eyetalian sub just oil and the appropriate veggies do me fine. Their steak subs are also AOK with plenty of options to choose from. Being a heat seeker I like having my choice of hot sauces(lined up on the counter for self-service) to spice up my sandwich as well. I MHO Firehouse is a much better option than some of the other sandwich chains in the area.

I have tried this place twice. All I can say is. Meh. It seems popular, but I had two just average sandwiches, one an Italian with some sort of gloppy cream sauce, on an Italian?

The subs are great here and for that, 5 stars. I HATE that type of soda machine they have now, and after trying it once at a Jack-in-the-Box(they have it too), I swore I would Never touch it again. The decision to have that is a Corporate one so I cannot and will not blame any of the Firehouse Subs locations for it. When I want a yummy sub, This particular Firehouse Subs location is where I go to get it. The staff gets my order right and it always tastes delicious. RE being greeted, I am sure that also is a Corporate thing and the staff are made to do it under pain of losing their jobs. I personally do not care if I am greeted. All I want is for them to get my order right. And, They DO. And THAT is why I go back for more.

They pulled my bread for my sandwich out of a box. Seriously, what shop that makes exclusively sandwiches gets their bread shipped to them in a box??? Even Subway bakes their own bread. 1⁄5 Never going back.

«HEYWELCOMETOFIREHOUSE!!!» This is the first thing I heard upon entering the place. I thought, «That’s nice.» However, after picking up my Engineer sub and sitting down at a table, I heard the greeting 20 times. Possibly more. It became annoying to the point of packing up my sub and taking it to go. That said, this is a solid sandwich place. The steamed meat tastes great and they certainly don’t skimp on it either. They offer a variety of meat and topping combinations to complement the fresh bread they have going on. I found my Engineer sub to be on the bland side, but fortunately, they have a wide selection of hot sauces readily available to choose from. By wide, I would guess that there are about 100 bottles of hot sauce sitting on the counter ready to spice up a sub. One odd thing I noticed is that you place your order in the back of the restaurant, forcing you to navigate around the dining area and other patrons. I imagine it becomes irritating during busy lunch times with long lines.
