It is what it is, quick tasty sandwiches. If you’re looking for gourmet, go somewhere else.

I ordered a sandwich to be delivered to my daughter at school that’s 1.8 miles(a 4 minute drive) from the store. I placed the order at 11am. Her lunch is from 11:30−12. She called me at 11:40 to tell me it had not arrived yet. So she bought a school lunch. I called the store to cancel the order and they said the driver was already on his way. This was at 11:42am. The school office called me and told me that they didn’t arrive till 12:15pm. An hour and 15 minutes to deliver one sandwich with chips doesn’t sound so «freaky fast» to me. I will never order from them again and I’m sure the school won’t be either.

As I sit here and type this review,(knowing FULL well no one gives two sh*ts about customer service at this joint), I am currently about throw away a sandwich that I ordered online. This will be the second, and LAST time, I ever order from Jimmy Johns in Cedar Park. Not only were both my previous order and current order wrong(They neglected the pickles, the condiments on only *half* of my sandwich, and the CHEESE), the tomatoes that were on my sandwich seemed like they were on the verge of SPOILED, and the wait time has also been more than 30MINUTES for both orders. I literally work at an office less than 5 minutes away from their location. What the F*CK. They are NOT«Freaky Fast», it’s more like«Freakin’ Ridiculous». DONOTEATHEREPEOPLE.

This location used to be pretty decent with deliveries(never amazing), but the past few times we’ve ordered delivery to our home(2 miles away), it’s taken 45 min+ for our food to arrive. Last time was almost an hour. Most of the time these were not at peak lunch hours(maybe around 2 — 3pm on average). For a company that prides itself on fast delivery, this is a huge turnoff. These same past few times, we’ve had condiments forgotten and the sandwiches are just not well assembled(particularly lettuce falling out everywhere and stuck to the bread). May give them another chance, but really it’s just been a disappointment as of late.

I love Jimmy John’s, I really do! This location gets 2 stars because we live less than 2 miles away, in Blockhouse Creek, and we’re not in the delivery zone. I called to ask why and was told«We can’t deliver to places that require us to use the highway». Yeah. You don’t have to get on the highway to get to our neighborhood. Hopefully they will change their minds.

If you want to eat here, make sure to look inside your sandwich first!!! Found PUBICHAIRS in 2 different sandwiches on two different occasions. Every attempt to speak with manager NEVER ends up with an apology, only excuses that say,” sometimes these things just happen.” Once ordered a sandwich that took 2 hours to deliver and they still charged me. I will be calling the health department along with Jimmy Johns Headquarters. This place is disgusting!!! Unless you like a little pubic hair on side…

I know people love this place but why? Why is There no salt & Pepper? Why don’t they cut my sandwich in half, instead everything falls out the end. Anyways this new jimmy johns in cedar park not the greatest service, what happened to friendly service… jimmy johns strives on freaky fast but maybe they should focus on being freaky good.

I love Jimmy John’s. It doesn’t matter which location, they all serve fresh cut meat on fresh bread. Consistently good.

I have been a fan of Jimmy Johns for quite some time having ordered from catering on numerous occasions at work off MopAc and Anderson. I’ve ordered personally just a couple times from the Cedar Park location without any big concerns however today a companion and I went in to grab a quick bite for lunch. The ordering process was ok– except no suggestions were made in terms of condiments for the sandwiches. The #4 Turkey Sub is exactly that with cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo. It was as described and a good turkey sandwich. The #9 is an Italian sub with various salami’s, hams and cheese. It came with onions, lettuce, tomato and«herbed» mayo. The bread on both was great, classic sub roll. The quantity of sandwich contents was more than adequate… So why only a 2 star??? It was the customer service. It was a complete turn off that one employee was laying on the floor throwing bags of chips hither and yon while re– organizing them. Then there was the tossing to the floor the paper that separated the cold cuts for the sandwiches– maybe that’s not unusual but I thought it inappropriate, I would never do it at home so don’t think it should be done in a commercial kitchen area either. Lastly the employees couldn’t have paid less attention to their customers. They were too busy socializing, it felt like the people coming in to order were interrupting them. I’m not giving up on all Jimmy Johns but I won’t return to the Cedar Park location.

I love this place, but I literally just got a sandwich 5 minutes ago and had the rudest delivery lady. Everyone I have ever had deliver from this location have been SO nice, but this lady was in a rotten mood. Didn’t smile, just handed me the receipt and said to sign and when I said thank you she just walked off. Not once smiled, not once made eye contact. Very disappointed.

Every time I go into Jimmy Johns I order two #1’s with avocado and peppers on the side because I don’t like my sandwich soggy if I am not eating it right away, and my husband doesn’t like a lot of peppers so he just has some of mine. I went into this store today and was informed I could not get my peppers on the side. I tried to explain to the staff that I didn’t want a soggy sandwich, and that the peppers were always put on the side for me. I was told«well I don’t know who did that for you but they weren’t supposed to». I told him every time I go to a JJ I get them on the side. A guy was sitting at a table in a black shirt who I assume was the manager and was like, sorry, we can’t do it. I asked, so you can’t just put some in a piece of paper and wrap it up for me? I was told NO. I was also told they couldn’t put free items on the side, and now that the peppers are free, they can’t be put on the side. First off, they are not free, I am paying for the damn sandwich, and 2, it’s not my fault you all stopped charging extra for peppers. That makes no sense that something can’t be put on the side because it’s «free»(which really they are NOT free) This is ridiculous. At this point the manager should have stepped in and told the guy to do it. I am paying for this sandwich, why can’t I have it the way I want it? As soon as I left, I called my usual store and was informed that they should have granted my request instead of arguing and displaying such poor customer service. I will not be back to this particular store and have already told a co-worker that goes there and he will also be taking his business elsewhere. There were two Hispanic men behind the counter that were very friendly tonight, but the other guy behind the counter and the manager or whomever he was needs to learn a little customer service. If this is a corporate policy, it really makes zero sense and should be done away with. As I said before, I am paying and I should be able to get it how I want it. Was it really that big of a deal that they had to sit there and argue with me and tell me no? How hard was it to throw some peppers in a paper, wrap it up with a smile, and make the paying customer happy? Then I got a last condescending jab when the jerk behind the counter said«try to have a nice night ma’am». Don’t worry dude behind the counter, I am not going to let a person unhappy with his chosen job make me have a bad night. I just won’t come to this establishment again. They need some serious re-training at this location.

Classic Jimmy Johns experience. Fast delivery and nice location. Sometimes you wonder if each new location can continue to deliver the same experience people have come to know. This location does just that.

I’d give JJ’s 4 stars based on 3 other locations I’ve used, both pick-up & delivery; HOWEVER, this new location on 1431 doesn’t even deliver outside an ~1.5 mi radius. Seriously? Other locations will deliver nearly 10 mi away(and are always super-fast), but 1.5 mi limit? I’ll be surprised if this place stays around unless they get a lot of foot traffic as a lot of that limited area is commercial vs. residential or other businesses where people might order lunch in. The management needs to seriously reconsider this decision.

LOVETHISPLACE … BUT I’m BOYCOTTING you too I’m a frequent at your la frontera location. Twice a week with big orders from coworkers as well … Cedar park location … Get it together !!! Missing ingredients on a sandwich. Ok maybe untrained staff it’s a new location … But the fact the WONTDELIVER2.1 miles away is SILLY!!! … Idk who you DO deliver too since your located in 1431 if you won’t travel more than TWO miles out here well your not going to have many customers !!. Very unfortunate. Hope this is fixed soon. I live in Block House Creek. How do you not deliver. Just don’t understand !!!

Great service and fresh ingredients… What more can I say? I’ll be back soon! Update! I am a little but hurt at Jimmy Johns, they have the nerve to build a sandwich shop in my area and then they refused to deliver to us on the other side of 183. Do we not deserve a fresh yummy sandwiches too? Do we not deserve it to be delivered super fast? I emailed corporate, but I am doubtful it will help. It’s really a shame because we have sooooooo few delivery options in my area.
