Mattress Firm Cedar Park North

This rating would have only been two stars if our new mattress wasn’t so awesome! Tempurpedic is the best bed we have slept on! The sales staff definitely needs to be better trained. They either misspoke or straight out lied to us about the products. I would not go back to mattress firm for another purchase.

Went into sleep experts on a Sunday morning with my 2 kids to purchase a new bed set. (Sidenote: I don’t recommend this method. Leave the kids at home if at all possible no matter how good you think they behave).
Daniel was on duty when I arrived and I told him what i was looking for (king, on the firmer side) and what my budget was. He showed me what they had available in my budget and only when I asked to look at a more expensive options did he show them to me. No pressure at all. I purchased something slightly over budget but I thought it was worth it. And I was sure as heck not schlepping my kids to another store at that point. I scheduled delivery and haul away of our old stuff for a few days later.
New stuff arrived on time, though was delivered in a mattress firm truck by guys wearing mattress firm shirts (odd?) but once they left and I went up to try out my new mattress, and although it arrived sealed in plastic I noticed a yellow stain on it! GROSS! I immediately called the store and the person who answered was apologetic and immediately scheduled a replacement delivery for a day later.
Annoying to deal with yet another delivery, but second delivery also arrived on time (still mattress firm guys) and the mattress was perfect this time. Love it.
Overall good experience and despite the hiccup I’m happy with how they resolved it and would shop there again.

We had a great experience at this store. The manager, John, was extremely helpful. We did not feel pressured to buy anything. We were able to take our time and pick a matress that we love now. John was very knowledgeable about everything sleep-​related and very helpful. The store and bathroom were very nice and clean. There is even a little corner with a toy kitchen for kids to hang out.
We came back to exchange a matress cover and found out that they could not accept a used one (which I understand). The salesperson went an extra mile to arrange a deal for us for a different product for a very low price. It was super nice of him!
I feel like every salesperson in the store in out for my, the customer’s, best interest. We were given the best deal possible on our mattress. The delivery was very professional and in a timely manner, just when promised. I seriously can’t think of one negative thing to say about this store. 5 stars, for sure!

We were in the market for a new bed and didn’t know where to begin. Luckily we started with sleep experts. John spent an hour and a half helping us select the right bed for us in a very objective way. We couldn’t have had a better buying experience. Thank you Sleep Experts!

The service I received both in the store and from the delivery team was top notch! They thought of every detail, ensured I was satisfied, and absolutely surpassed my expectations. The only bummer is I only need to buy a mattress every ten years or so. This company knows how to treat customers. I HIGHLY recommend them.
