Fanzz

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. I walked inside to look for a shirt. I was not greeted or offered any help at all. The workers eyes were glued to the TV watching some sport game and we’re not using appropriate language to top it off. They did not speak to us once or even look at us. I was very annoyed and guarantee I will never take my business there ever again.

This store sucks. The employees were acting like obnoxious 13-​year-​olds. They were completely inattentive and were too busy yelling at the football game that was on the tv to care about the customers in the store.
At one point, one of them even said to another coworker, «There’s too many people in here,» to which the coworker replied, «I know… get out.»
It also was not clear who the manager was, so either the manager was clumped in with the employees behaving unprofessionally, or just was not present whatsoever. Either way, both are bad. I’m never coming back here again.

I was looking for a couple of tee shirts. I viewed the Fanzz website at home. I knew which designs I hoped for –and I wanted the best sizes, as well as instant gratification. So to the Lakeline Mall Fanzz store I went.
The good:
The employee was helpful and pleasant.
The stinky:
Yes that’s right — stinky.
I looked at a few different brands and cuts of shirts, in the end I grabbed two identically designed tee shirts from a display in two different sizes. Both had the sizing sticker on the front — and I really did not inspect much further. I expected good quality from this store.
The next day I took the bag of shirts to the washing machine and began removing the tags and stickers. At that time I noticed that the second shirt had pilling under both arms and stunk. I had just pulled the tags off and wanted to have them ready for an event we were headed to — and at this point I had run out of time. So I thought well — I’ll throw this in the wash and move on for now. Upon removal from the washing machine the shirt stunk even worse! I turned it inside out to rewash and noticed both inner arm pits had a visible stain. I was really annoyed and running out of time at this point so I threw it in the wash with bleach. Guess what — it came out still stained and still stinking. No bueno — really!
*&#%&$!! I don’t know what manner of abuse this supposedly new shirt went through before I unwittingly bought it from Fanzz but clearly it was not what I was expecting. I have never seen anything like this. The shirt went into the trash as it was useless and I was angry. I probably should have taken it back — but would it have just ended up back on the shelf so someone else could take the stank home? No, not this time.
Lesson learned! I won’t be purchasing anything else at Fanzz in Lakeline mall. Ever. Beware of the stank there for sure!

Went to their store in Barton Creek Mall. Terrible place. Don’t go there. The staff acts pissed off, the prices are high and the store layout is awful. Go on line and get better prices. Looking at a computer screen is a more pleasant experience than this place.
