Gamestop

I’ve been to a lot of Gamestop locations over the years, and this one is consistently the cleanest and best organized. It’s the employees who really make the difference, though. They’ll help you find what you’re looking for or they’ll just chat with you. I rarely have to flag them down, but if it’s a busy day, they still give me all the time I need before moving on to the next customer. I never experience the condescension that I get at other game stores when I ask about a hot item that’s sold out everywhere. And unlike every other Gamestop that I’ve been to, I don’t feel pressured to sign up for anything or buy something I don’t want. If your opinion of this chain is as low as mine was, let these guys prove to you that there are some locations that shine.

I’ve been shopping at GameStop for years, have the idiotic pro card and everything. I shouldn’t have to walk out to my car in 100 degree weather to get my ID, WHEN CLEARLY IM OVER THE AGE OF 17.
I’ve NEVER, may I repeat, NEVER have had to show my ID. Is there nothing in the system to pull up your customers information, like the year they were born?

I’ve been doing business with this specific location for seven years now and the staff has always been friendly and eager to help. They also throw really fun midnight release parties!

Great store! Always friendly and knowledgable people working here. I cannot wait until Watch Dogs comes out next week, I will be picking it up the day it releases!

Stopped here to see if they had a Rock Band guitar. There were two guys at the counter & only one other customer, yet we had to seek out help. Btw, we were never even greeted.

Dear Mr. Gamestop Check Out Guy,
Why can’t I just buy my used copy of Grand Theft Auto IV in peace, without you asking me if I want to pre-​order Madden 10? Also, I did not appreciate the snotty look and the snide comment about how «it’s going to sell out and you’ll regret it.» What made you think I wanted Madden 10 in the first place?
