I stopped at a Kiosk at the click heat kiosk at the mall. What a mistake. The salespeople there demonstrated the product, a pad(neck, back, feat) which heatS up to provide relief for sore back etc. It seemed like a good product, similar to those that you microwave but one that lasted longer. We ask how it worked and they demonstrated with a small pad how it got hot, then they threw it in a small rIce cooker, scooped it out and it was ready. We asked about the water and they said its an easy process, but never mentioned that it had to be put in boiling water with a cloth, then taken out a cooled. We also were told that it we buy two, then we got a third free. Of course they didn’t tell us that they just inflated the price above what you would pay either on the Click heat site or on Amazon, so they basically just got us to buy an extra one. We were foolish enough to buy this product at the inflated cost. We took it home and the bottom line is, it is a lousy, lousy product. The boiling process between uses is annoying and time-consuming. We feel that this kiosk totally misrepresented the product and ripped us off with the price. I attempted to return two of the unopened ones and was informed that they do not take returns. They were rude, and unhelpful. This is a bad company. If you are at the mall and stop by one of these kioks,(especially now at Christmas as they look like they would make good stocking stuffer) DONOTBUY!!! THISPRODUCTIS A RIP-OFF. BUYERBEWARE!!!

We were stopped for a product demonstration at the kiosk«Heat in a Clock», kiosk #C-23 at Lakeline Mall. We all were very impressed by the product how it heats up easily so I bought it for my 85 year old mother-in-law. I had asked the sales rep, how the product returned to it’s natural state after it crystallized. Her response on two occasions was, and I quote, «after two hours, the heat is gone and the product returns to normal». Never, ever, did she mention anything about boiling the product with a towel. We also were sold the Pleasure Pad for $ 50 and the Shoulder Pad for $ 50! I learned later on line, that these prices were not conducive to what the product sells for with other distributors In fact, this is 2 to 5 times the price point of other distributors. I went back to the kiosk and spoke to a sales person and put me on the phone with the manager, Koren. He stated his policy was non-refundable and did not have any concern if we were not informed on how the product works on its’ totality. If we would have learned of this boiling process, we would have NEVER purchased the product as this would not be very possible or convenient to a 85 year old lady. Koren was very unsympathetic and unwilling to provide a refund to a useless Christmas gift considering we were sold the product fraudulently with misleading information. Don’t by this product at Lakeline at the kiosk next to the food court. Buy it online with other ethical distributors for 1⁄5 the price.
