Oh man. It was a total mistake to stop by here. It serves as a great reminder why we never eat at IHOP anymore. We stopped by at around 1:30am and it wasn’t busy, a couple occupied tables and one table w a manager(I am assuming) counting out money. We were sat down only a couple minutes after entering but then no one came by at all for almost 20 minutes. We were about to find someone when something flew by and hit my husband in the face. We looked around the table and found a roach crawling on the table! We immediately stood up and walked out! We made eye contact w the person counting out the money, they did not say anything to us and we walked right out of there. We will never stop at an IHOP ever again.

I usually don’t come to IHOP, but this was the only place that was still open at 2Am on a Saturday. First impression. The SMELL in this restaurant was terrible. The whole one hour we spent there, I felt like I was eating in a mobile restroom. I was dreaded to finish my meals. We ordered chicken strips + fries, waffle, mozzarella sticks, and French toasts. Mozzarella sticks had very thick breading, cheese to breading ratio was 1:1, shouldn’t it be 10000:1? Fried chicken strips were good surprisingly, crunchy with juicy chicken tender inside. Nothing special with their waffle nor French toasts. Except extremely pricy. A waffle for $ 7??? You gotta be kidding with me. Chicken and waffle is $ 7.99. And French toasts were $ 6.80? My goodness. Total ripped off. I wouldn’t come back here unless i had a lot of drinks or in the middle of the night when there were no where to go to. Gabrielle was really nice, he was so energetic and welcoming!

I automatically assume IHOP will include weak customer service, long periods of waiting(for a table, drinks, food, check), and cold food. Whitestone Blvd broke the mold! From the moment we walked in to walking out — I’ve never experienced an IHOP so on point.(I’ve gone to many a IHOP in Texas and North Carolina). Thanks for making a pregnant woman happy!

The customer service was good but the staff didn’t seem concerned about cleaning up the floors were really dirty and it smelled like pee and there were quite a few tablets that hadn’t been cleared I was there pretty early in the morning and they seemed short staffed but that’s not a good excuse if it hadn’t been for our waiter Randy my rating would be 1 star.

What. WHAT. WHAAAATTTTT has happened to this place? Oh my god it is absolutely FILTHY. Every single surface is sticky. Everything. Even the ketchup they brought to the table. I had to keep my feet at a weird angle under the table to avoid whatever liquid was on the floor. And, well, all of the garbage under there too. The seat was sticky, there was a weird stain on the other. Let’s not even talk about the syrup holder. Lawd lawd lawd. It was literally dripping big gobs of syrup everywhere. And what is that smell? What is the smell!!? It’s progressively gotten worse. It’s like what happens if you leave a wet rag to rot and grow mold and mildew. If I wanted that smell coupled with the weirdly high humidity level, I would take my pancakes to go and eat them in a gutter in downtown Detroit. If this is the state of the dining room I can’t even imagine(shudder) what the kitchen may look like. I don’t know why I came back the last few times, but this time I’ve had it. I USED to like to come here. But it also used to be clean. Please don’t eat here. Save yourself!

We’ve all been to IHOPs in our lifetime, so I don’t need to go into detail on the food. The food here is pretty run of the mill and standard, at least every time I have been. Here’s the rundown: –Everything takes a long time here. I think the place is understaffed, so each server has so many tables, it’s hard for them to keep up. The food also seems to take forever to come out. –The tables could be bussed a bit nicer. It’s common to find crumbs on the bench seats and sticky spots on the table tops. Also the floor could be vacuumed more often, especially under the tables. –The servers are usually pretty friendly, but many seem to need more training. I get that it’s a lot of people’s first serving jobs, but some things could be fixed with more training or even smaller sections.(Just speaking from my own personal years of working in a restaurant.) Overall, it’s a pretty average IHOP, which is very casual dining, but a few tweaks could make this a much better location, in my opinion.

Still decent food, excellent & friendly service! Colorado Omelet — they did not skimp on the ham, sausage, bacon, or beef. There is free wifi — just ask your server for the password. Not very fast, but it is free.

First of all — it is an IHOP so it is what it is. Took some friends to breakfast who were visiting from out of town. Service was good. Coffee decent. I ordered scrambled eggs and bacon with Nutella Banana Crepes. Eggs were so much scrambled as they were chopped — hard to explain — should have taken a pic. Also could tell they did all the eggs at our table at the same time and I ended up with the smallest portion. Bacon is bacon — hard to mess that up — which they did not. Mmmmm bacon. The nutella banana crêpe was amazing. What a concept. Not really a breakfast thing but I will be having that as a staple from now on.

Where do I even start? This place really defines the term«crappy service». We arrive at IHOP after a basketball game one night at the cedar park center. So it’s like 10pm or so. We are seated promptly. That’s where to good ends. The waitress(Josette if I remember right) was by far the WORST waitress I’ve ever had in my life. Starts off by belittling my daughter and her friends shirts because they have glitter on them. She asks what we want to drink and says rude little things In Between everyones order. Comes back with the drinks and just sets them in the middle of the table and walks away. Doesn’t even try to remember who ordered what. We aren’t ready to order yet when she returns and she says something rude like«hurry up» and then leaves. So when we do finally order she takes down our orders(reluctantly it seems). My daughters friend wants a pancake with a smiley face. Chocolate I think. But she wants 3 eyes on the package. Not 2. The waitress rolls her eyes and says she can’t do fancy requests but will try. Then my daughter wants the same meal with the smiley face pancake but wants one eye. Not 3. The waitress flies off the handle and says«no way I’m gonna do that» «you’re just making my job hard. Wtf??? Are you Serious??? So the food comes out and she literally tosses the food on to the table. Just wherever. Doesn’t even try to give it to whoever ordered it. Then disappears forever. Oh wait. Is that her talking to a booth of teenage thugs who obviously aren’t going to order anything? Oh now she’s playing grab, slap and tickle with them. For nearly a half hour. Meanwhile we have nothing to drink and she forgot the bacon on one order. Now we are beyond pissed and just want to leave. She left the bill on our table pretty much right after we ordered. So thank god we flagged someone down to take our money so we could leave this hell hole. I feel sorry for her coworkers. They all looked like they were trying hard and some seemed to actually care. Why oh why couldn’t we sit in their station? Never again ihop. You lost me as a customer for life. Mediocre food and shit service no matter what ihop you go to. This one just sealed the deal.

Stench. This restaurant wreaks unclean. I think they use dirty wet rags to wipe their tables down. They clearly don’t shampoo their carpets. Their food would be fine if you’re hungover or drunk. I just can’t get past the odor when I walked in. I wanted to walk back out. I’ll never return unless they invest in cleaning products and actually use them. Blech.

***WHATISGOINGONINTHISPLACE*** Maybe: 1. Shut the doors for a few days and clean up. 2. Get some new managers that care. 3. Hire a septic company to get rid of the stench. 4. Taste some of the things your cooks are preparing(Gross). 5. CLEAN… CLEAN…CLEAN. We stopped in tonight and this place smelled so bad we walked out and will not return till they do some improvements. I’ll update once I get some answers.

Not going again. I took the family to breakfast yesterday. The floors needed to be cleaned as there was food on them and the employees just walked over it. Then my daughter finds a hair in her butter w/her pancakes. I have given this place four trys and I know its hit and miss. But were not going again. I can spend my $ 34 for three on a better breakfast somewhere else.

Sad because this is so close to home and my daughter loves pancakes. Unfortunately I have to drive down to Kerby Lane now. Every time I’ve come, the place is filthy. It really is just gross. They need to close up for a few days and just deep clean, scrub, bleach, scour, every inch of this place. The last time I came to get pancakes with my kid, I just looked around and thought, what the hell am I doing here? I can’t trust food in a place so dirty! The owner seems really nice. Please, clean the place up!

I haven’t been to an IHOP in years. Our last experience(different location) was so bad, our family changed the slogan to «Come Happy, Leave Hungry.» We still talk about that unfulfilling trip. I met some coworkers at this location for lunch this week, and it was a much better experience. I am a lover of all things Breakfast Carb, so the IHOP menu makes it very hard to choose. I settled on an omelet with three buttermilk pancakes. The servings are HUGE. Seriously, I ate maybe 1⁄3 of my omelet and ¾ of *one* pancake. The omelet looked like it must have been made from five or six eggs, plus cheese, plus ham. The pancakes aren’t really wide, but they are quite thick, so they’re more filling than you’d expect. I took the leftovers home, and tried to finish them for breakfast this morning. Still couldn’t do it. Omelet was okay – caramelized versus raw onions would have been a nice improvement. The pancakes, however, were awesome! They tasted as good as the McDonald’s Hotcakes smell(I’ve always found McDonald’s to be disappointing, kind of like coffee — they smell amazing, but the taste is a let down). Several people have commented on the service. We were there at 1:30 in the middle of the week, and service was fine. Our waitress had to be reminded of a few things, but I can’t quibble with that.

From Austin to Huntsville, even Anaheim to Atlanta, the one thing I could count on from IHOP used to be consistency. To know that no matter where the location, the plate of food you got would be the same. Tonight we came as an ultimate last resort and could not have had a more uncomfortable experience. With no more than three other occupied tables in the place, we waited to be seated nearly five minutes before we were acknowledged while numerous servers passed us by. We each ordered waters and decaf coffee and were brought only one mug with the coffee carafe. It took another ten minutes to flag down the waitress to ask for one for my husband. Meanwhile, two off duty waitresses in their street clothes were going in and out of the kitchen being loud and deciding to sit at the table directly across from ours while waiting for their friend to get off work. When I waitressed at IHOP there was a break table in the back for that, and no one in street clothes without their hair pulled back was allowed into the kitchen for sanitary reasons. This doesn’t give me a lot of confidence as to how clean the areas are where the food is prepared. As for the food, never in my life have I actually felt sick to my stomach to fork over $ 20 for such a disappointing meal. I got the French toast and it was okay, but my husband’s plate was a hot mess. He asked for scrambled eggs and instead got fried eggs that were cut up, his hashbrowns were barely browned, and the double battered French toast he got which is their current new feature was plain awful. He picked the lemon strawberry ones which came doused in a syrup that tasted a lot like Kool Aid. For something that’s supposed to be double battered they were awfully soggy as well. I’m sorry but none of what we ate was worth $ 5 let alone $ 20. I don’t know what happened to IHOP, but I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Quite possibly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. My wife and 3 kids and I stopped in at IHOP because my youngest was craving the funny face pancake and my other two wanted crepes. From the beginning it was bad. The waiter spilled my water all over my legs and shoes. He then messed up 3 of the 5 orders. The food took 25 minutes to get to us and there was only one other table seated in the entire restaurant. Some of the food was cold. He then charged us for two entrees we didn’t even order, in addition to all the food we did order. I would have expected some kind of discount or gift card or something after all of that, but all we got was a walk-by apology as the guy dropped of the finally corrected check.

My fondest memories of IHOP are all-nighters with a bottomless cup of coffee while in college. I’m sure the waitress appreciated the 50-cent tip back then… I haven’t been to this location for weekend breakfast, but I’ll just assume it’s a madhouse. I have had the pancakes, just at dinnertime. Yes, everyone knows that pancakes for dinner, or late at night, is somehow much better than pancakes for breakfast. Not sure why. My wife insists I tell my therapist that I somehow find the pictures on the IHOP menu, what with the placement of sausages, sunny side up eggs, cheese sticks and onion rings, and the like, to be somewhat Freudian. But I digress. My main problem with the menu is just how broad it tries to be. I’m pretty sure you’re not going find the«Philly Cheese Steak Stacker», «Tilapia Florentine», or «Buttermilk Battered Fish and Chips» to be mind-blowing. Especially when we went the other night there was only one cook working(though the food didn’t take terribly long). Our server was on it, though, seemingly very concerned about a delay that didn’t really exist. I will say that my bacon cheeseburger was good for my diet(in that the patty was so meh that I didn’t even want to finish it). So, I should probably just stick to the basics… Breakfast items, no matter what time I come. It’ll just take more workout to make up for carby cakes covered with even more carby syrup. But I’m sure the jitters from evening coffee will help burn some of the calories. My daughter seems to be enamored of their crepes, with some sort of fruit and cream filling. So, I’ll bump it a half-star or so if it’s a place I can occasionally dine with my lovely offspring. 3.01 stars

Very deceiving kids meal menu– missing the price and also leads you to believe drink is included. We were charged $ 2.29 for kids drink in a small plastic cup of sweet tea – $ 4.29 for cheese burger and fruit. Small kids meal at an adult price. TOTALRIPOFF «SHAMEONYOU» IHOP. «SHAMEONYOU»
