Image Cleaner

DO NOTGO HERE! The total was 64 $. Ok with paying that. But not ok that they charged us $ 64 twice! They said that the card did not work the first time and ran it again. Looking at our bank statement it showed that they charged us twice. Went back into the store to get a refund and they said they would mail us a check because the owner had to verify the mistake charge, even though they could see on the printed out bank statement and on the paper they gave us that they had double charged us. We still have not gotten that «check in the mail». It has been 2 months. Lost 64 $ and will never go back again.

UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL and a COMPLETE RIP-​OFF!!! I’ve had the displeasure of taking my clothes to this cleaner twice. The second time I took my clothes to SIENA Cleaners on Avery Ranch and Parmer. My clothes came back just as bad as they did when taken to Image and I learned after the fact that IMAGE OWNS SIENA CLEANERS!!! It’s no wonder I got such poor service twice in a row. I’m a realtor so looking my best is important and the first time I went to Image, my clothes came back worse than when I dropped them off. I’m not typically one to write reviews and didn’t the first time but now I’m pissed! The second time, going to Sienna, my shirts came back WORSE again and this time, it looked like some of my best dress shirts were thrown in with cleaning rags, as they came out covered in human hair and severe white lent. How do you get massive amounts of white lent on a brown dress shirt!!! When I asked to speak to the owner, the 18 year old kid at the counter said the owner (Jay) didn’t like his staff giving his number out (probably because he’s tired of receiving so many complaints). They refused to deduct the cost of cleaning the four shirts they ruined and I had to pay $ 116 to get all my clothes back, the four shirts were more dirty when I sent them there! I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Austin Chamber of Commerce. This company needs to be shut down!

horrible service. my sweaters came back with a heavy chemical smell and on hangers. yes, hangers. who hangs sweaters? the hanger thing was annoying, but an easy fix. the odor situation, not so easy. i had to let them air out for over a week and run them in the dryer for a few seconds. the smell finally evaporated.
the worst part, my sweaters came back with severe pilling.
