I have used them a handful of times with no issues until my latest visit. Had several dress clothes dry cleaned and they have the strongest smell. I can’t figure out what it is but it reminds of me of smoke and a cheap womens perfume. I hung them outside all day hoping it would help but they still smell very strongly.
**I have added a star for great customer service from the owner after seeing my initial review. I did take my items back in for cleaning but they still came back with a funny smell. It wasn’t as strong as the first go round but when I tried wearing one of the items to work, as soon as I got in my car, I went back in and changed because the smell was too strong. Hopefully the machines are fixed but I haven’t been back to find out.

Picked up dry cleaning and smelled like smoke. They offered to clean again and owner of the company personally apologize by phone and Unilocal message. Pretty impressed they picked up the phone to call.
Update owner called me to resolve issue. They cleaned clothes twice and had a small hint of smoke smell still. He was definitely nice though.

I took a white tuxedo jacket there on Saturday and they accepted it and I had to pre-​pay for it, which was fine with me. I went Monday night to pick it up and received it and went home. When I arrived home I noticed that nothing had been done to it, had not been cleaned or pressed. I returned to the store again and they told me they rejected it because they said they were afraid of ruining it. They would not refund my money and said they have given me a credit. I have no intentions of returning there again due to this situation and will find a more qualified cleaner for my suits.

Don’t bother. Before Christmas I dropped off a handful of items that I was planning on selling consignment. I dropped off on a Monday but couldn’t get there to pick up until Friday. I took them home took them out of hangers and noticed a strong «cleaning» smell and figured they just needed to be aired out. The next day I took them to a popular consignment boutique only to have them rejected! There was a strong odor– they asked me if I smoked! I was livid. I took my clothes back and immediately drove back to the cleaners and by the time I got there I had a major headache from all the off gassing coming from these clothes. I took them to the woman behind the counter, explained, told her that after a Google search it appeared that they are using dirty filters– perc is what most websites say will stink in clothes. The woman behind the counter took a strong whiff of all of them and said she didn’t smell anything. Told me to air them out over the weekend. So I hung them in our spare bedroom closet that is open to the room, made sure the bedroom fan was on. The odor was so strong I had to shut the bedroom door and it kept being strong for a week+. They’ve finally stopped smelling but in their place are odd odors– perfume I’ve never worn, a strong Mexican food smell.
I’ve dragged my feet on writing this review because I didn’t know what to do next. Answer: find a someone who actually does a good job– not potentially ruining clothes. Which I promise, if these clothes (and cashmere blanket) are permanently ruined, they’re getting the bill. Hopefully they’ll at least refund the waste of $ 30 I spent.

Service was fast and inexpensive. I highly recommend them because they are cheap. When I dropped off my clothes the woman was not very friendly, but when I picked everything up the guy was really nice. I’m glad he was, because after my dealings with the woman I’d decided not to use their services again, but he made it all better.

Great prices and great quality. The manager has taken care of the one issue I had so I am changing my rating to excellent due to his quick concern and action. I will continue to recommend Ricks in Cedar Park to my friends.

Finally found a dry cleaner in CP that’s both friendly and does great work. Great location; lots of parking. I like the «pay when you drop off» feature; makes it easy and quick to pick up.

Convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the dry cleaning process and wouldn’t think about going anywhere. And they are always friendly. I always leave with a smile and I cannot thank them enough for their service.

Boy, do I like this dry cleaner. They don’t gouge you like some others. You pay ahead of time & it’s just so reasonable.

Took my designer suits and winter coats there and got it all done quickly, very well, and at a great price. I have used this and other locations of theirs with the same results. What more could you possibly ask for? Join the mailing list for coupons!

They do a good job, they’re fast and I have yet to have a problem at this location. Would I take an expensive formal gown here? Probably not. But you can’t beat the price ($ 2.59 for most items) for cleaning your everyday clothes. I also like their hours: 8 – 5 on Saturday and 7 – 7 weekdays. My duds are usually ready to be picked up the next day if they’re dropped off by a certain time (I think 5 p.m.). Just be sure to point out any stains that need attention. They operate on volume so they’re not examining every garment under a microscope. You do have to prepay, but they take all forms of payment: credit cards, cash, checks, used hangers (just kidding about the used hangers).
