The fries are hot, but the drive thru folks could not be less enthusiasic. Almost feel guilty bothering them. Three times. For a straw. Food not worth the attitude. Next time we are in a Wendy’s mood we will find the next one down the road.

if I could put zero stars I would. absolutely horrible. the drive through line was into the parking lot of the store next to it so I figured it would be quicker to go inside. they had one person on the register and the people in the back were basically standing there with their thumbs up their asses talking to each other and laughing. it took 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and fries. ridiculous

Yeah we were just here and I got my daughter a kids meal and they didn’t even bother to put the toy in there I wanted to call them to tell them that they neglected to put the toy in the kids meal but the phone number that’s in the directory is out of service. how convenient.

No American employees. They don’t know how to take food orders in English. The dining area is really dirty and the employees are playing in the kitchen. Horrible experience. I will not be returning!

My son LOVES your suggests over McDonalds. Which I can appreciate since I’m sure its healthier right? Lol I’m just waiting till summer for your yummy frostys :) eating here since I was a kid and never been disappointed, although the lemonade tastes very watered down just needs a big more lemon in my opinion :) otherwise love the quick service! And nice remodel looks way better than before.

This would not be the first time this establishment has messed up an order I have placed or the order of my friends. I ordered a Full sized Chicken Pecan Salad and trusted they got my order correct. I arrived to work and placed it in the fridge thinking all was well. Lunch time rolls around and I grab my salad, turns out I they gave me the damn half size!!! Seriously? You charged me for a full size and gave me a half size. I work too far from that Wendy’s location to drive back and make a complaint so I guess I’ll just have to deal with the horrible service. Gosh the employees there need some serious re training. Just the other day my friend received a fly in her salad from another Wendy’s location!!! She didn’t care much to resolve the issue she just stopped going completely. I am very frustrated to say the least at this particular one in Cedar Park and 183.

Use to be worse and i can see where they are trying to do better but there is a couple issues. The female workers are nice but the male workers always have a mug look attitude and that feel of jealousy. Every time i go there is this one Hispanic guy with black spiked hair that give me a look/mug every time and and im sure with time i will confront him and ask him what he has up his ass about me. And no im not racist for i am Hispanic just like him, but i dont go looking at people like im tough shit nor act ghetto. He is a pussy for all i know

These have GOT to be the most incompetent employees I have ever set eyes on. They gave the wrong cash back(shorted a dollar) and they were rude about getting the order wrong. We told them specifically what we wanted and they repeated it back to us and still managed to get it wrong. How an order can go wrong from microphone to screen is beyond me. When we asked for the item we wanted they argued that we only wanted what they have us. Um no. I think we know what we ordered bc that’s what we wanted. After all that, we called, and on the phone they told us to come back and they would comp the item, well they lied, they made me pay. What idiots, how much damage can a $ 1.07 dessert do to you, really? Terrible experience, it’s a surprise this place is open with the shit management. I work at a restaurant, I know how this stuff works, it’s not that hard.

I use to take my daughter here from time to time. However, the last time I went there I came down with a case of food poisoning. I think it could have been the mayonnaise that they put on the burger I had. After that experience I am very hesitant about eating there again. As for the food itself it is merely mediocre.

This review is a few months past due. HORRIBLE experience. Ill make it short and get to the point though. Went through the drive through, they got the size of our order wrong, no biggie we nicely told them about it. They had some problem with the computer and had to get the manager to change the order. Over heard the MANAGER say, «seriously? I should spit in their food» …YEP. I told her that i heard her, and she said she was talking about someone else and not us… Like that made it better? Anyway, needless to say we cancled our order, got our money back and went over to taco bell. I will never go to this location again.

You expect mediocrity from fast food restaurants and this location doesn’t disappoint. The single cheeseburger was tasteless and the fries were between warm and room temperature. The restaurant was clean and uncrowded(around 1:30 pm) and the employee were pleasant and helpful. I think I’ll just stick with Frosties from now on.

I work in the Cedar Park area and while I usually try to avoid eating fast food, I decided to give Wendy’s a try. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwhich. My coworkers ordered the value menu spicy chicken nuggets as well as a jr bacon cheeseburger, fries, and some ice cream. The jr bacon cheeseburger and fries did not dissapoint, which was to be expected as that particular coworker eats them almost daily. The value menu nuggets however where both cold and dry. Seeing my coworker throw them away after his first bite should have been a warning to me as to what to expect from my chicken sandwhich, however I opened it and tentatively gave it a try. It was the worst grilled chicken sandwhich I beleive I have ever had in my life. Not because of taste, but becasue of texture. The meat was hard, and extremely dry leaving it similar to jerky. The texture was such that I could not bite through the sandwhich in one try. Instead I found myself attempting to gnaw through it. After giving up on that sandwhich I had to buy lunch a second time that day from a different restraurant.

Running around doing errands then realized I was hungry. So not to slow me down, I do Wendy’s drive thru. they are pretty quick getting people in and out. I order the Bacon Bleu Burger. Oh yeah, how can you go wrong with bacon and bleu cheese. Decantant! So to make up for it I order a small ceasar side to go with. Get home and settle in for my meal. Bacon Bleu didn’t disappoint. except near the end when the bottom rolls which became soggy, fell apart. the last bites fell into my lap. Okay, it didn’t touch the floor so the ten second rule doesn’t count and no one was watching. I grab it and shoved it in my mouth. Good to the last drop. The burger was filling enough so the salad was put in the frig for dinner.(Fade to clock hands turning quickly to dinner time.) So I pull the salad out to eat for dinner. The first thing I noticed was no croutons, I cuss under my breathe because this is not the first time they forgot it. Grab the dressing pack to open, and did a double take. This isn’t ceasar dressing. they gave me something called Red Jalapeño. Wendy’s to me is one of the better fast food joints. But why, oh, why, do they keep messing with my salad and baked potato. Yep, they forget toppings for my sour cream and chive potato. But I keep going back bacause they are fast, courteous, and the food is usually good.
