I know when you go to McDonald’s you not expecting a whole lot out the staff or experience. This McDonald’s takes the cake. I don’t understand why they are so selective on their services. Randomly they only take cash. I know that computers go down but seriously it happen all the time there. They don’t serve breakfast all day and their ice cream machine seems to be conveniently down every time I go there and want some. This has happened about 8 times in the last 6 months. These people want $ 15 dollars an hour? The deserve $ 5.

here is what I sent to McDonald’s this morning after another frustrating experience at this location… The absolute WORST quality control in the world! I ALWAYS check my take out order because 99.9% of the time it is wrong. Today was no exception! What made it worse today was the 4 other people having their orders re-done at the same time because none of theirs were right as well. I never do the drive thru because as hard as it is to believe it is even worse than the take out! And the end result is food that is crap, your place is a mess! Shame on you. Close this location down now before someone gets sick. Orders never right! Food quality terrible Presentation is a joke Customer service, there is just zero! I think a big part of your issue is not having anyone who speaks English as a native language. The second issue you have is that no one, including«managers», could care les about the customers, food quality or anything else. I tried to get my receipt back from the woman but she refused to give it to me! #288 You are a disgraceful mess!

No breakfast all day? Too bad it’s advertised on all the signs including the menu. Major fail.

I actually rate them zero stars for continuously getting orders wrong, dine in and drive through. Today I ordered two sausage biscuits after 11:00 am since they serve breakfast all day now and was told that no biscuits are available all day even though television commercials and the McDonald’s website say otherwise. False advertising.

If I was on a holy quest to find a reason NOT to give fast food workers $ 15 an hour, this place would not leave me disappointed whatsoever. The playscape area is the only reason this place gets one star. *edit– apparently this McDonald’s allows transients(?) and elderly women with dogs to come in, plug in computers and use the restaurant as their very own. Wow. New low for McDonald’s.

Apparently, this McDonald’s is pretty lax about what they allow to happen in their establishment. When I ate there today, there was a woman camped out in one of their booths with her dog that was clearly not a service animal. She purchased nothing from the place but instead, brought in food and drinks from outside of the restaurant. She also had a surge protector plugged into the wall so that she could use her laptop and other electrical devices. This is on top of her walking out to her car on multiple occasions and leaving the dog unattended in the restaurant. I definitely won’t be back.

Went through the drive thru to order for my son. Woman answered, asked me to wait. 10 minutes later the woman asked what I wanted, I asked what was going on and a man unpleasantly answered«We’re short staffed thats why.» And«apologized» for the inconvenience. Silly really.

Took 30 minutes to get breakfast here one morning because the drive through speaker was broken and their debit card system was down.

My Soda tasted a little funny, so I dared look at the underside of the self-serve dispenser. It was super nasty and possibly mold. Might want to think twice before consuming a fountain drink at this McDonald’s. Also, my order was incomplete and the ketchup dispenser wasn’t working, which was another blessing I suppose because it was super nasty too and I doubt I would have used it. Opted for going back to the counter to get the small packets of ketchup.

Just left this store. I went through the drive thru, my order was not completed they said, and ask me to pull my car up to an area designated for unfinished orders. I was waiting for the sweet chili chicken wrap. After about 8 min of waiting I thought I would go in and see what the matter was. First I had to wait for the front order employee to finish her visit with a male friend. Finally, when all visiting was complete I asked if I could speak to the manager. I had spotted him on the cooking line helping the staff(good sign) I thought. Wrong. She yelled back at him«JUAN a customer wants to see you.» He Yelled back«Is this about the wrap?» Then in spanish, inaudible he told her something and she looked at me and said did you order the wrap? I said yes she said something about a grill problem. At this point I asked for my money back. Okay, although this was an inconvenience for me and neglectful of them mistakes happen when you are servicing the public. But this part of the experience is what motivated me to write a review. The manager, Juan, never attempted to even look my way while this was going on even after the front order employee yelled back«Cancel the order.» At this point, she was opening the till to give me my money back and said«Sorry about that.» I then asked her for Juan’s last name. She replied«I don’t know,» and proceeded to yell back at Juan and asked him for his last name. He pretended not to hear her and she raised her voice and asked two more times. The last time, Juan with his face down asked«my last name?» then continued to ignore her. She looked at me a little puzzled and I just walked out the door. This manager is either over his head or apathetic.

The place has changed a lot since last year. I can never forget a face of a great worker, his name is Angel and was working at the location on cypress. When I seen him I was very delighted. He takes orders accurate and fast and proper and nice. I can see him being a good manager someday. Hopefully the other staff can learn something good from this guys positive energy. The food looks better and of course the machines have problems but that’s normal. I will continue to come to this location over cypress anytime

So this is a McDonald’s, you already know about the food. It is pretty much the same everywhere. No news here. This review is more about the place itself. Here it goes: 1. The main reason I go to McD’s, indoor playgrounds for my kiddo! This location has an indoor play place! Major plus on these 100+ degree days. The play area is decent size with a lot of things for the munchkins to do. 2. Lots of seating in the play area. There’s about a dozen tables in the separate play area. It’s nice to be able to keep an eye on your crazy monkeys while they play. 3. Free wifi! Why did I rate it 3 stars? Well, the staff for the most part is not really friendly. No smiles or a hello from most of the people I have encountered. I don’t need a hug when I walk in, but at least a hello. Also, it seems to take a long time for your food to come out. I mean 10 minutes for a shake? Give me a break.

For those of you who live in cedar park, you know that the McDonald’s down the road in leander is horrible compared to this location. At this particular one, I’ve never had them get my order wrong, they’re generous with jelly and ketchup and napkins, and there’s one guy who works days and is usually at the first window to take your money who is a sweetheart and will make your day. I wish every employee was as caring and personable as that guy. As for food, you can’t go wrong with those Mickey D’s fries or mcgriddles.

It’s like after 5pm they completely have the worst service in cedar park! I get off work at 11pm sometimes. It’s either McDonald’s or Whataburger. Sometimes I choose McDonald’s. EVERY time, it never fails, when I go through the drive-thru I am always put on hold for, sometimes, up to 4 minutes before I am greeted. WHATTHEHELL is going on inside that they can’t take my order?

Meh, it’s McDonalds, what do you expect? Cleanliness? Fast service? Nice cold AC? Oh no my friends, you will not find that here…

WOW. Worst mcdonalds ever. Had a really bad experience here this morning. They messed up our orders and our coffee. Dude at the window was demanding and mean. Not cool man. Not cool. McD’s usually does a great job in service and getting orders right, just not today.

Yeah, Yeah, I know, It’s a McDonald’s. The food, well, what can you say but it’s consistant. Unfortunately, I have a weakness for their non-fat mocha. What I can’t understand is why they only get my breakfast order correct half the time. I always order a large non-fat mocha and a sausage egg muffin with no cheese. So far, I have gotten it with cheese, sausage and cheese no egg, sausage and egg on a biscuit and my favorite wrong order was they put double cheese on it. If they would train their employees that it is their job to LISTEN to the customer instead of a social club to chat with other employees, Maybe, just maybe, they might get my order correct. Then I wouldn’t have to open the bag to inspect my order before I leave while holding up the line.
