This place doesn’t care. Straight up its that simple. Hey you mess up an order once cool it happens. Go back another week and they don’t even give you the meat in your sandwich… what? Like what the actual F*** is that?! It’s a fast food restaurant not rocket science

Whataburger locations can be a hit-or-miss. This location, off Bell Blvd was a hit, despite the incredibly long wait for food. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our somewhat complicated order. My husband and I each ordered fries and a burger, with cheese, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, with mayo and ketchup, on a whole wheat bun. Our order took over twenty-five minutes to complete(so much for«fast food»). Once the food arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The burger was delicious, and made exactly as we ordered. The fries were also great, and came hot and crispy. This location off Bell Blvd was a hit, even with the incredibly long wait for what we thought would be «fast food».

This is experience was pretty lackluster. My order was taken immediately when pulling up to the drive-thru, but then I waited for quite a bit even though there were only two cars in front of me. When I pulled up to the window, I waited for a few minutes before someone came to take my payment then several more minutes before someone brought me my food, in all taking over 10 minutes from when I placed my order. I’m not sure if this is normal because I don’t eat at Whataburger a lot, but I don’t think a «sorry for your wait» or «it’ll just be a few minutes» would’ve been too much to ask. I’ve worked in the food service industry quite a bit so I tend to give food service workers quite a bit of grace, but the service here is severely lacking. I got the Bacon Avocado Burger. Again, lackluster. I tried it because I’d heard good things and maybe it was this location, but I think I’ll stick with chicken tenders from now on — from a different location, of course.

Great fries and for me their grilled chicken sandwich is part of my healthy diet. Basic and good. My daughter, niece and nephew love their kids meals.

THISPLACEHASROACHES!!! I will never eat at this location EVERAGAIN!!! It needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Also they are the slowest drive thru I have ever been to in my life. I hate this location because it’s dirty.

We purchased 1 Whataburger with cheese, sub mayo, all the veggies and a Double Whataburger with cheese, sub mayo and ketchup, all the veggies. We drove 30 + minutes due to living in Lago Vista just for these burgers but this isn’t the first time there was a major mistake. After getting home, we opened our food, excited, only to find out what we really received: A Whataburger JR(all the way), and a regular Whataburger with mustard only. I typically LOVE this fast food spot, however, the service has definitely declined in the last year or so which has caused me to dine less. I really hope you guys can solve the problem before you lose a ton of business. Most of my family and friends dine here for fast food due to your quality food and i’d hate to have to turn away business from you because your franchise is declining. It’s very disappointing! As a born and raised Texan, this a tradition! I’m not sure I will go out of my way again just to have a messed up order. As a whole, Whataburger is my favorite fast food chain(Who can beat y’all!?) but the latest food and service leaves much to be desired. Good luck and keep making great food! Hope the service gets fixed!

I live near Lake Jackson, TX and used to go regularly to Whataburger. But they have gotten so darn slow and the drive-up window. It doesn’t matter if there is one person ahead of you or 10, they are SLOW. So I called and complained and tried a few more times, but I’ve given up. Went to another Whataburger in Clute – not only were they slow, but they got my order wrong. I give up. I love the breakfast, but I’m just not doing it anymore.

Its fast food. I for sure know what to expect and this particular location does not disappoint. What I wasn’t ready for was the good experience. My two daughters and I actually«dined in» on Sunday evening. And I messed up my kids order when telling it to them — they offered to remake it and then came to check after we had our food that everything was made correctly. My kids were happy which makes me happy.

This is about their breakfasts. I have tried their burgers but not worth it IMO. I have stopped in a few times for their breakfast. I usually order the pancake platter. Yes, I have a weakness for pancakes. They are pretty decent for a fast food chain. No after taste like some places I have frequented. The sausage is alright not too spicy but does have taste. Their potato offering I can do without. A fried potato cake that is too greasy. They serve their coffee from a pump canister. The coffee is nothing to write home about and the canister does get empty fairly quickly so I am always asking them to refill. Saturday morning this is the hangout for the local farmers it seems. There is a group of about eight that arrive in their old beat up pickup trucks. They wear their sunday best overalls and sit at the same two tables every week. I have sat close to them on a couple of occasions, Their conversation start alot with, «I remember when…». Some of their stories are rather interesting.(Oops, sorry for listening in on your private conversations.) I finally stopped coming in regularly when this group started to tip their straw cowboy hats to acknowledge me. That was my signal that I was coming in too often.

We decided to have dinner here tonight after a day of sightseeing downtown Austin. I opted for the double burger combo. The burger was huge, almost too much food to eat. ALMOST. Lots of tomato and lettuce and mayo. Fries were lukewarm. Brother says the beef wasnt as fresh as it usually is but I was happy and very satisfied. Plus they have Fanta Strawberry on tap.

I Love Whataburger! I’m from South Texas and there is only one way to order a Whatabuger and that is Toast the Buns on Both sides. So when ever you order your Whataburger or Breakfast on the Bun! Remember– Toast The Buns on Both Sides…
