Pizza Hut

My family came in and sat down for 20 minutes. We never saw a single employee. Another family came in and left as well. I don’t know if the employees all walked out, were on break, or what, but it was a weird experience.

Service was awful! Walked in and was seated and the server was not very friendly then we ask for drinks and she pretty much forgot us and we had to ask another employee to order and get our drinks. The waiter never once came to check on us and whatever we needed we pretty much had to go and get ourselves, which doesn’t bother me but don’t ask for a tip if you didn’t do anything. Probably won’t be going back again.

Horrible experience tonight. We haven’t had Pizza Hut in years but thought we’d give them a shot since we didn’t want to go out in the rain. Totally regretting it now. Ordered 2 pizzas at 7pm. Delivery didn’t come until 8:35. When we opened the boxes we saw that one of the pizzas was wrong. I called immediately and was asked what I wanted to do… um I want my correct pizza. The girl says ok what was it… I say a medium pan, and she says we don’t have medium pan pizzas. I tell her that’s odd because our correct pizza is a medium pan too… she says oh well now we are out. Ok, I’ll take a regular medium hand tossed… she says that will be 1 hour. I explain to her I already waited an hour and a half for the wrong pizza, can’t you get it here quicker since you are the ones that made the mistake? She says she will let the driver know. However it didn’t get here until 9:45. Summary: it took 1 ½ hours for the wrong pizza, replacement took another hour, all the pizzas came cold and the staff were no help what so ever. I will never order again.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. They do not care about your time or customer service. Same yourself some time if you have to have Pizza Hut and go up the road to Leander.

Decided to give pizza hut a try again after years of avoiding it. Worst decision ever. The pizza was absolutely terrible. We assumed that with all of the changes they have made to their menu that it might be better now. I actually think they have gotten worse. We were dine in customers and it took over 45 minutes for our pizza to come out. Worst dining experience we’ve had in a long time. Sadly i would have to say that i would rather eat the frozen variety of pizza.

First time at this location. greated very quickly, all the food was hot and fresh… the younger lady there wasnt the best. Typical young kid who didnt really care. But the other lady. for got her name. But she only works Tuesday and Thursday evenings and works another job. she was so very nice. She refilled my soda, and actually sturck up a conversation with us… she is so amazing we may just make this a regular tuesday nite spot

No stars if I could! My family and I went in at my sons request. Big mistake we ordered our food and after waiting 45 minutes I got up and looked into the kitchen and our food was not even started. Did I mention we were one of 2 customers in the entire restaurant. So I looked at waitress and she asked If I had gotten my food I said no and if you don’t have it started yet we’re leaving! She gave me a blank look never apologized so I grabbed my family and we exited.

I had my two little girls with me and needed a quick dinner. We chose Pizza Hut because I thought they had a buffet at dinner time. My bad… turns out the buffet is only available at lunch.
Anyhoo, our food came out fast and was reasonably priced. The food was decent, but this place earns a 4 star review for its’ service. I was especially impressed by the efforts of our waitress. I believe her name was Tameika or something similar. She was thoroughly pleasant, polite, and attentive, and even offered to cut my little ones’ drinking straws so they would have an easier time. I thought about commending her efforts to the manager, but decided to just leave her an extra large tip instead.
About two hours after we left, I noticed my iPhone was missing, and I deduced that I had likely left it at Pizza Hut. My wife called the phone and our friendly waitress called back from the phone a minute later, saying that she had the phone at the restaurant, and that she would hold it for us. She had tried to call us earlier, but could not get past the security code on the phone. I was so grateful to have my phone back, and it is nice to know that there are still ethical people in this world that also take their job seriously.
If I owned my own restaurant, I would have offered Tameika a job on the spot!

I’ve never gone inside, but we have ordered delivery from this location on several occasions. In the last year, each time I’ve ordered I’ve had a great experience. The customer service is excellent.

The pizza is tasty but leaves a lingering coating of oil on my hands and mouth. I’ve had many slices of pizza from many places and this place is the greasiest.

I’ve never had a great experience dining in at a Pizza Hut before but this place is unbelievable. We had to wait forever to even be acknowledged, and then another ten minutes to place our order. Normally I wouldn’t knock a place from a bit of a wait except that in this instance we were the only customers.
On to the food… well not quite yet actually. We ordered an individual pasta for the g/​f and a pizza for me. Her small pasta came out relatively quickly, but no food for me was to be found anywhere. After 20 minutes of watching her eat, my pizza finally made it to the table.
Oh but wait! This isnt the pan crust pizza I ordered, this is thin crust. Quite the opposite of the thick crust I ordered! After another half hour of waiting I finally got to eat something.
So after waiting over an hour for my food, having them bring out on meal 20 minutes before the rest, and getting the completely opposite type of crust of what I ordered, Pizza Hut was kind enough to give me a whopping $ 5 off my bill for the experience.
Cliff notes: dine in service sucks, staff is incompetent, and wait times are utterly rediculous. If I could rate it negative stars I definitely would.

Another place that I haven’t tried in a long time. Since they opened more New York pizzerias around town, I stopped coming to PH.
So I show up on Sunday during lunch hour. Okay, is it me? Again the place is deserted.
I walk up to the counter and grab a menu. A waitress picking up pizza to serve to one of the two filled tables stops and asks if I will eatin or take out. After I inform her, it is take out, she says she will be back in one minutes. Then waitress number two comes out and says she will help me.
So far, this is starting out good for their service. So I order the medium pork topping pizza and the chocolate dunkers. It will be out in ten minutes. While I waited I watched the women’s beach volleyball game. The time went quick and my order was ready in ten minutes. Another Kudo for them being prompt. BTW, The place was clean.
I had two slices and it was good. Not the best pizza in town, but it is consistent. I absolutely loved the Chocolate Dunker. The chopped nuts on top was a nice touch. It didn’t even need the sauce to dunk in.
I do believe the Chocoholic in me is going to make me come back for more Dunkers.

I just got back from having lunch by at Pizza Hut and what intrigued me was the 4.99 Lunch Buffett sign. So I said, okay I can try this. Damn, was I wrong. I should have walked out as soon as saw that they had no fresh pizza. I ended paying 7.56 for lunch. You can’t have Pizza with out a drink. Nonetheless, I should have gone to Double Daves and paid 7 dollars total and had fresh and hot pizza.
