Gatti’s Pizza

Every time we’ve ordered from this location, the pizza has been amazing! Always arrives before the estimated delivery time and always arrives hot and fresh! Maybe they had problems in the past but we will definitely keep ordering from this location! Highly recommend

OMG I have ordered from this location several times and been disappointed. …tonight I was expecting the same cold but burnt Pizza what I got instead was what I was craving a hot perfectly cooked pizza and cheese bread. way to go. I won’t hesitate next time to order like I normally do

My mother in law decided to get pizza one night and upon bringing it home from the store which is a 5 minutes drive the pizza looked old, was cold and not fresh after spend 60+ dollars at this place I expect good quality food and what we got was not up to par we had to wait a while for him it come out and was given free cheese bread for the wait but upon getting it home there was hair in it and then as we called back to let them know we were displeased with our food the manager argued back with us and insisted that it was fresh and there was nothing they could do but credit us 20 $ and nothing they could do about the hair since they had already given it to us for free there was no offer of fresh food or anything why do I want a credit for a place I’ll never return to especially after that argument I get the customers not always right but come in i bought something to feed my family and after that we didn’t finish it because we were so angry about how we were treated and the kids didn’t even want it because of it being cold

Ever actually go there and see what is happening to your pizza? If you do, you will not go back! Employees playing with their hair, using their pants as napkins, touching money and then putting the same hands not just on the pizza itself, but lifting some toppings. Ordered a pizza with jalapenos and they were not cooked with the pizza — thrown on there as an after thought.
Thirty dollars thrown in the trash… no one wanted to eat the pizza from them. Turned around and ordered from another pizza place, it was cheaper and looked so much more appealing!

Ordered from here consistently the same order of a gluten free pizza. Tried to order tonight and was told they can’t do toppings on ½ of the gluten free pizza (despite us ordering this at least 6 times previously).
Called Mr Gattis Avery Ranch and they had no problem with our order. Will definitely use that location or Austin’s pizza from now on. Disappointed this location seems to be so limited for their gluten free families.

Food arrived late and cold. Was told by the guy who answered the phone that the delivery estimate I was given was wrong to begin with and there was nothing they would or could do about it. I asked for a manager, and the guy hung up.
