Love this Wallgreens! They have gone above and beyond to make sure I could get the medications I’ve needed on several occasions. Every time I have needed a Rx refilled that other pharmacies have had issues filling, this location has been the one to immediately fill the Rx. Even though I live in Austin proper, I come to this Walgreens!

We originally tried four times with CVS to get pictures printed and finally decided we had had enough. We sent 164 to Walgreens and a hour later went to pic em up. Some were cropped at the top, probably our fault, and Kaira came to the rescue. Patiently she took care of all the issues and saved the day! Customer service is always good here but Kaira clearly showed true care and concern like u can’t find ANYWHEREELSE. I wish I could give ten stars

If I could give less stars I would. This new employee Serina that works at the pharmacy is a piece of work. Worst attitude I have ever experienced picking up prescriptions and processing insurance. We will never pick up our prescriptions here again which is sad since we have been coming here for years. After I requested the managers information to make a more formal complaint to the pharmacist Serina decided to come back to us and wave her name tag making sure I had her name correct. Telling us she works 24 hours a day for us. While she continued to rant at us I asked her repeatedly to stop and let someone else handle our transaction. She proceeded to continue bobbing her head while destroying any confidence I had in Walgreens customer service training. I would advise going basically to any other pharmacy or wait until they hire new staff. The previous pharmacy tech was an absolute doll. I could not speak highly enough about her. She was kind, patient, diligent, and had great time management. She needs to be the one training the newer techs. I just couldn’t be more disappointed. One more note Serina told us we had to wait for 15 minutes for my prescriptions when asked why since it was called in over 6 hours ago she said«we are busy«. Than all of a sudden with an eye roll she goes and gets the medications. We aren’t sure why she told us there was a wait when there wasn’t. The whole thing just left me dumbfounded. I have been in this area over 15 years and the customer service in the pharmacy has just deteriorated. My Dr felt it urgent enough to call in medication and we had him send it here since it’s 24 hours and it late on a Thursday. We walk in to pick it up and one young lady is talking on the phone about her personal plans– loudly– while we wait at the counter. Finally, another lady came and helped us– she was great– however Walgreens didn’t have our prescription and no record of it. We call our Dr who is a friend and assures us he called it in hours ago and left it on voicemail. It took us 10 minutes to get a hold of the pharmacy because we were on hold and we had to ask them to check their voicemail. We call back AGAIN to see if she received and she was rude. Unfortunately, we need this medication tonight along with a health issue, we are having to deal with rude staff, long hold times and health issues.

Short review– My coworker and I are out all day seeing clients with a county agency. Sometimes we need a bathroom break. That being said, my coworker who is 8 months pregnant tried to use their bathroom and was denied by a grumpy, older man who wouldn’t give her the code because she wasn’t a paying customer. In conclusion, I think this is ridiculous.

My brother, a brittle diabetic on an insulin pump, was down from NY. He realized he was running out and didn’t have his insulin refill for the pump about 9pm Saturday. After having his on-call Dr call from NY, we learned that the type of insulin we needed was only available here in preloaded pens so the Dr ordered that. At the pharmacy we learned that the pens would run twice the regular price– several hundred dollars-and insurance would not pay. It was almost midnight, and the store was busy, but the pharmacist offered to help. The pharmacist asked us to be patient, that he was searching the system to find a solution. It was a long wait, but he found the only location with a bottle, got the change okayed, and forwarded the RX to them. We drove over there and not only saved a few hundred dollars, but it was the correct packaging for the pump. We really appreciated how he went the extra mile.

I’ve been to quite a few Walgreens locations, but this one has by far been my favorite. The staff at the pharmacy are somehow always friendly and I know that can’t be easy around rush times. I was happy to find how quick and efficient they were. They were also very helpful with updating my information in the system since I had just moved!

After having been to another 24 hour Walgreens, I was sent up to this one in Cedar Park because according to the computer system that had the product I needed in stock. Indeed they did. I found it quickly and was early out the door when we had a bit of a snafu checking out. Evidently, the system wouldn’t give me the $ 5.00 off that I had credit for on my Walgreens card. It wasn’t a huge deal because I got the product I wanted and I was mostly happy. You can’t have everything, it seems.

Opened 24⁄7 makes it very convenient! Use RX App. If you need help with prescription cost. This Walgreens is very busy at times, but they have a great team/system working! If it’s to busy to your liking just come back a little later, they are always opened.

Called to see if they had my child’s ADHD medication in stock. The person who answered the phone told me she only had a partial amount, not enough to fill the entire prescription. I asked if she could check to see if any of the other Walgreens in the area did have this medication in stock. She told me the computer system did not allow her to look that information up and has not been allowed to do that in the last year. I was a little baffled as I have been filling this particular script for over a year and have never had a problem with the Walgreens staff doing this for me. She proceeded to tell me how short staffed she was and offered phone numbers for other Walgreens in the area. I called another Walgreens in the area and when they did not have the medication in stock I asked if they could tell me which one in the area did have it. THIS person had NO problem looking up that information and told me exactly which Walgreens I could contact. Thanks for the POOR customer service N. Bell Walgreens.

so, after discovering this is the only pharmacy near me that has the 2013⁄2014 quadrivalent flu shot, I went and stood in line to get the shot… they can’t figure out how to file my insurance so I don’t have to pay out of pocket for the shots. it’s Aetna, pretty simple, and they can’t figure it out.

OK so this is the closest 24 hour Walgreen’s to me. So when my procrastination and laziness take hold and I bone head out picking up my meds until the last day and after my Walgreen’s closes this is where I find myself(usually at 2 A.M. and none to happy.) the staff is always pleasant(this is no small task at 2 in the morning.) and are crazy quick. I call them from my store«hey, it’s me, Mr. Moron. Can you hook me up?» answer«sure, it will be ready in about 30 minutes.» I jump in the car and speed over there(no one else is stupid enough to be on the roads at this time.) 15 minutes later I’m picking up my meds. Walgreen’s is great, poor planing on your part becomes an emergency on theirs … what kind of a world is this?
