Used them before and they were great. Tried a second time and told me they would be at my place in the morning, never called me to let me know they were going to be late, or had truck problems. Fed me a bunch of BS when I called twice to get updates. Told them to cancel and went with somebody else.

We got a phone call about 40 minutes before the driver arrived, as promised. The driver was prompt, friendly, professional, and efficient. He spoke just a word, then went straight to his work (possibly recognizing that Christmas was approaching). He seemed well-​trained and knowledgeable, and had several suggestions for ensuring that our septic system continues to work well.
