Interstate All Battery Center is great! The people there are always friendly and helpful. The products they sell are always good. They even have watch batteries that you can buy and they put your new watch battery in for you, for FREE. They are the best! Tell all your friends about this great business.

We needed a new battery for our Mercedes, and went to Interstate Battery. They were very helpful. The battery we bought from them turned out to be the wrong one, but they did everything they could to help us. I will definitely go to them next time I need a battery.

So I’m spending some weekend time in the garage, as I’m wont to do. End up discovering that the battery in the wife’s car is dead. I’m pulling it out, grumbling, knowing that my afternoon and my wallet are probably shot. But hey, look at that, «30 month free replacement» in bold letters right there on the side of the battery. It was manufactured 10/12, and I bought it shortly thereafter, so I’m in the clear! Yay, free battery! I try taking it back to Costco but they give me some static because I don’t have my receipt(honestly, who keeps the receipts for items over two years old??? But that’s another rant entirely…) Alright, well this thing is plastered with«Interstate Battery» logos all over it, I’ll just exchange it there. Plus it’s only ten minutes away from Costco. Easy peasey. Nope. They stonewall me too. The well trained young man gave me a very polite corporate run around about how«Interstate has a licensing agreement with Costco that prohibits blah blah blah blah.» Bottom line: I bring an Interstate battery(clearly within warranty) to a business that deals solely in Interstate batteries, they test it in front of me and confirm that it is defective, and they refuse to exchange it for me. I’ll give you a bonus star for giving me a small discount on the $ 120 battery I was forced to purchase, but I can’t help but feel like I got shafted.
