i had a terrible experience in keratin treatment at other place but then i happened to contact her. OMG she was so patient, she took so much time on phone talking to me but still i was very nervous in getting it done again. When i reached to her, she got me opinion from 4 other stylist unless i was completely satisfied to go for it. She truly was a blessing when i was in such a terrible shape. She did it with a lot of perfection and also made sure that i used the correct after care products and gave me free samples as well. More than anything she was so considerate of my personal satisfaction. She has the best prices in the market for keratin and is truly a person you would live to get your hair done with. Thanks Melissa… You are awesome.

Melissa Melissa Melissa! :) where do i start.
Melissa has been taking care of my hair for over a year now. And i love her dearly. She is a great person inside and out. She is full of hair care knowledge and full of passion for it! I always have fun seeing her and I can consider a near and dear friend of mine. She’s more than just a hair stylist. She has compassion. When it comes to my treating my hair, she knows just what to do. I have fine hair but a lot of it. I started growing white hair at age 18 so coloring them is imperative since im only 24. Melissa uses a non permanent hair color so as not to damage my hair. She blends the perfect color im looking for that compliments my skin tone. When trimming my hair she is sure to only trim minimum. I just love love love you Melissa!!! Melissa helped return my hair to normal after i had fried it from bleach and then tried to correct it and it was purple and also had it curl permed when years before in Florida. The first time I saw her Melissa had given me a keratin treatment that savedddd my hair and lasted a very long time. I didnt even have to blow dry my hair or straighten it. I love the product Melissa carries also. Its sulfate free and gluten free and smells delicious and is luscious and a little goes a long way! Definitely go see my girl!!!

Appointment was at 9am and she said she was running late. This is why I said «no problem». I understand things happen. However, after 25 minutes of waiting, I was done. I kept the text messages and the auto verification received from the online site she uses to book her appointments clearly state 9am. An apology and honesty go along way with me because I know people make mistakes.

I loved her because:
1) She took her time, was in no rush, and was extremely precise. She kept checking in with me making sure that I liked it, and explaining her process.
2) She will talk as much as you want her to! That’s what I love. I am not someone who goes to my hairstylist to get a therapy session. I like to just be pampered and get my hair done without much talking. She seemed to pick up on that and left me alone and just let me relax.
3) At the end, I loved the cut so much, I was sure it was going to be $ 80 or more (and I was prepared to pay that much). She says to me, «Is $ 40 ok? I want to make sure I hit your budget.» Of course! I couldn’t believe it. Naturally I gave her a huge tip and I will be coming back to her. Only problem is that she’s gotten so popular I’m having a hard time finding appointment times with her, but I’ll wait — she is that good.
