Hey, I just had balayage done with Alize. Not only is she a fantastic stylist but she is a great listener and gets it right the first time! I am getting so many compliments on my new do. I fell like a million bucks! Thanks Alize!

Love Love Love!!! I found my new home!

Lu is wonderful! My daughter wanted something new and showed her several pictures. They picked out one together that would best suit her. Throughout the cut and drying she took time to explain what she was doing and how to style it. She was very personable giving us a great 1^st time experience with her. We will be returning customers!

I got a brazilian blowout with Ali and my hair looks amazing! After applying the product, she trimmed and contoured my haircut to complement the new texture. Absolute professionals, great company, and highly recommended!

I have been going to Lu ever since I had found them on Groupon last year. Background about my hair:
Naturally curly
Unruly
Brunette (dark)
Medium to long length
When I walked in the first time I honestly didn’t expect much because I have had horrible luck with any hairstylist under the range of $ 200! Ugh. And here I was using a groupon price.
Needless to say, after about 5 – 6 hours straight on my mane, Lu accomplished an amazing feat!
Brazilian blowout, highlights and cut were dare I say miraculous!
I’ve been to at least a hundred or more stylists in my lifetime and they all sigh when I sit down in their chairs. saying you have a LOT of hair! (Eye roll) tell me something I don’t know. But they wouldn’t listen to what I wanted for my hair nor know how to manage it in a way that Lu can!
Alizeh is very nice and I’ve seen her work only from across the chair. but I’m sure she’s equally talented.
I’ve got a forever place! And my daughter’s upcoming bridal party will be treated to hair and make-​up by Salon AliLu!

I’ve lived in the Austin area for about 9 years and was still searching for the stylist in my area at a reasonable price that could give me a good cut. After reading reviews on Unilocal,I decided to give Ali a try. I was blown away! She really listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t like about my last haircut. From talking to her, I can tell she is up on the latest trends and techniques. She gave me a good cut. After a little feedback, she did some texturizing that loved and took it to an amazing cut. This is one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! I highly recommend Ali and am so happy to have found my new stylist.

So so happy!!! This place really knows how to get my hair beautified! So even though I loved my last haircut, color and Brazilian Blowout that was done here, I took a chance and decided to go to another salon because I was trying to get myself a deal which ended up becoming a nightmare. As a result, I ended up with a brassy orangey
ombré instead of a balayage that I asked for and an unstacked bob. In embarrassment, I had no choice but to pull my short bob in a ponytail until my appointment with Alizeh. Alizeh did her magic and transformed my brassy hair to this beautiful deep red/​mahogany subtle balayage and she did it exactly the way I wanted it. (Fixed my bob also) I walked out the salon feeling like a new woman lol! I was getting compliments on my hair from friends and family.
Lu and Alizeh are both talented hair stylists that take the time to listen to what kind of hairdo u want and execute it, so u can’t go wrong with either of them. I’ve had my hair cut, colored, Balayaged and a Brazilian Blowout done by them and all the results were superb. Lesson learned … You always go with what works

Amazing! Both Ali and Lu are phenomenal hair stylists. I moved here from Colorado a year ago and I found them through a Groupon for a Brazilian Blowout. My hair has always been naturally frizzy/​curly/​annoying. Even after I would blow and straighten it for a night out, after a couple hours, it would be frizzy and wavy again. Alizeh did my first Brazilian blowout, with highlights, and got me in and out in less than 3 hours. It looked amazing! Of course I scheduled again, and I got the same great results. Just got done with my 3^rd visit, and Ali did my highlights and Lu did my blowout. Lu did a fantastic job too! They totally worked around my schedule and managed to fit me in because I have a crazy schedule. Plus they are super sweet girls and always run really good specials! Seriously I cannot say enough good things about them. This is the first time in 25 years I have loved my frizzy, dirty blond hair. The color looks natural with none of the brassy tones I usually get with stylists. And my hair is a smooth and as silky as one of this hair models. And it last for months!!! Check them out. You won’t be sorry!

I had a Living Social deal to get a Brazilian Blowout for the first time. Being that I have been on the hunt for a stylist to continually go to on a regular basis, I decided to jump in with my feet first and get a full color, full highlight and haircut too while I was at it. Lu was the GENIUS that totally TAMED this mane! I am totally in love with my hair! Lu nailed the color and cut! The Brazilian Blowout was a bonus to boot. I think I have found the place where I will be going to tame the mane. Do yourself a favor and make and appt at Salon Alilu before you cant get in anymore because I have snagged all the other appts.
