I was excited to try this place after seeing the positive reviews but this is easily the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I made an appointment but was seen 40 minutes after my appointment time and the tech was rude and for as fast and rough as she was going, she must’ve thought she was in a manicure competition. After the very long wait, she raced through the manicure like she couldn’t wait to get to the next one and she didn’t even spend 10 minutes with me. If her work had been amazing, that would’ve been one thing. But the manicure was incredibly sloppy. I could’ve given myself a better manicure at home. The $ 35 manicure was a joke and possibly worth $ 5, maybe. Especially for moms using this as a weekend escape, like I thought I was going to, it’s not worth the money to come here. Incredibly disappointing experience.

Great owner! Good services! Ms. Lee does wonders and the spa is located off Lakeline and Crystal Falls Parkway. They do a great job and you never leave dissapointed.

The place is absolutely beautiful! I have had nothing but GREAT SERVICE here. If ever I feel something is not how I like it the owner always steps in and kindly fixes it. I am VERY picky and my nails always have to be perfect. When I get my nails done at this salon I always leave satisfied and they last me 2 weeks until the next fill. They give complimentary water, coke and wine and they have many different kinds of pedicures which always makes trips here fun. When ever I come in with my mom and sister they always make sure to seat us together as best as they can. The shellac color options are endless. I highly recommend this salon. If you are specific and not afraid to let them know exactly what you want you want, then you will leave with a smile :)

Le is always very friendly and outgoing! She did an excellent job on a new set of acrylic nails! The salon is extremely clean, it is calm and relaxing as well. I highly recommend this salon for manicures and pedicures. I will definite return!

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months. I have Lee do SNS on my nails and she has always done a great job. I get the basic French Manicure with natural, not pink. I have never had issued with lifting, peeling or yellowing. They are smooth and not bumpy at all. When I’ve broken a nail, which is rare, they quickly fixed it at no charge. I recommend Lee highly and appreciate the memos, white wine, or water she offers when I’m in the mood to relax.
I’ve had a pedicure a few times as well and it looked nice each time.

I was super excited about this place because of how beautiful it is inside. But the décor can only go so far…
I had Jannet and the struggle with her was epic. I had a fill and gel polish change done today. I get stiletto nails which are long and sharp and pointy. She made no attempt at making the points even or consistent whatsoever. Some were pointing straight, some left, some right. When it came time to apply the polish, she was not capable of getting the polish over the entire nail. I had to have her apply more gel polish 4 times! By the time we were finished, my nails were so thick and awful looking!!! On top of that, I had to go home and reshape my nails because of how inconsistent they were!!! I also have nail polish all over my skin because of how sloppy the work was.

I just moved here from Florida and was not looking forward to changing nail salons, this salon and Lee were everything and more that I was looking for in a salon. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this is by far the best pedicure and acrylics have ever experienced. My sister has lived here for 15+ years and had been going to a different salon in town, but she is now driving further to come to this salon. I also brought my Mom here and now she won’t go anywhere else. You must come try them out, they will not disappoint!

Loved this place. Why? 1. Le the lady that did my toes and brian who did my hands were very nice and accomodating. She used two colors to get the color I was looking for wanting. 2. The place was very beautiful, clean, relaxing music, chairs were very comfortable. 3. Choice of wine or mimossa 4. Great hot stone massage with pedicure.

I have used this nail salon since it opened and I have been very pleased.
The salon is SPOTLESS! This is very important to me. It is nicely decorated with new pedi– spa chairs and mani tables. You are offered a beverage as soon as you sit in the chair and everyone is professional and friendly.
I make an appointment everytime but there seems to be enough staff to accommodate walk-​ins. I always ask for Susan, but I have had a manicure with Lee and both are great.

Excellent service. I only have to go once a month because my nails stay on the entire time. I have to get fills once a month because my nails will grow out and I need to fill the new growth. I highly recommend this place.

So i decided to try this place a second time. I had Susan and Le for a mani and pedi. They did great! Went in the middle of the afternoon so they took me right away. If my service is like this next time I’ll be back.

I wanted to try out the new salon because it was literally walking distance from my house. I decided to treat my 5 year old to a mani/​pedi as well. I was pleasantly surprised walking in. The salon is large and nicely decorated with a gorgeous chandelier. Unfortunately the buck stops there. My daughter was whisked away with a man who made ZERO attempt to converse with me or her. Then him and another lady in the middle of a pedicure irritatingly told me my daughter was too little for the chairs. So I assumed they’d just paint her nails and toes. NO big deal. She’s 5. Thats all she cares about anyway. The man had her stay there at the pedicure chair and I was told to go sit down at the nail station. The technician was friendlier than the other ones, but not real chatty. When she did talk to me she would repeat the same questions she’d asked me previously.
I told my Lady. I think her name was Li that I wanted natural nails and wanted to do the SNS. When she pulled out a super pink powder, I told her I didn’t want to do pink, I like American manicure or something more natural, and she told me that it wasn’t pink it would be natural.
I felt in my gut that it wouldn’t turn out well but made the mistake of trusting the professional.
She struggled with my nails for quite some time. This wasn’t the first time I’ve done SNS and I think it was hers. My nails came out super short and lumpy and two of them weren’t even. And what color? You guessed it. Pink. Actually. It looked like I painted my nails with red transparent children’s nail polish. So it was transparent but pink! I was too frustrated to stick around and have her fix it, plus I felt bad for ditching my poor kid with the guy who treated us like he wished we weren’t there. When I got my $ 65 bill I was surprised that they charged me $ 25 for a mani/​pedi for my daughter with teensy tiny nails when all they did was paint them.
I went in on March 27^th and It’s been 9 days, my nails have lifted, they look horrendous even if I try to throw polish over them. They literally look like I was the nail model for someones first day of nail tech school.
I also noticed that when someone else came in for a full set they told them to come back in 20 minutes even though there was plenty of available people at the time. It would appear that not many people can do them there. And clearly the ones who can… shouldn’t!
I think they’re too new with staff straight out of school, with no regard to customer service.

Unfortunately the service is only as good as the person who gives it. It’s unfortunate Lorena that you had a bad experience — hopefully you will give them another chance. I’ve been a customer of OnQ for about 5 years and I’ve always had the very best customer care and the very best treatment. I recently moved to Crystal Falls and have been waiting patiently for the Lakeline/​Crystal Falls Parkway location to open — having frequented the Cedar Park location while I lived in Cedar Park.
Le keeps the very highest of standards in cleanliness — presenting all implements in sealed sterilized packets with disposable files and nail buffers.
Facials are out of the world :)
I would HIGHLY recommend this place — at the same time I would also HIGHLY recommend that any bad experience be disclosed to Le so that she may have the opportunity to right the wrong.
The salon is beautifully decorated inside.
