This is a great little store. They have a ton of local wine, beer, and liquor. They are always super friendly. When I walked in today I got a free tasting of vodka and a whiskey from A local company called Fire Oak Distillery, delicious stuff!

Nice selection of sprites and conveniently located near Crystal Falls. If you can’t find a particular brand, you can request a personal order. Last time I stopped in, I was greeted by Miss Megan, a sweet and brightly dyed poodle.

I love this place because the owner is knowledgable, personable and always helps me with my selections. To another reviewer’s comment about the prices being higher, it’s a small, locally owned store who cannot possibly compete with Specs bulk sales pricing, but I’d happily pay a couple of bucks more to get great customer service and support a local business. I’ve found them to be very friendly and going in here is just more fun than going into a Specs!

Amy and her team at On the Rocks are simply WONDERFUL! I love the location, the inventory, the ease to request products they might not readily have available… I could keep going but I won’t. Cheers!

I love this place! Everything seems to spread out in this area, finding a liquor store near me, that has my favorite win was a win win for me. The employees and I think owner are very polite, lets just say the people who keep the store running are polite and helpful. Prices may be a bit more then other chain liquor stores but the«chain» stores do not have my favorite wine! These guys ordered me a case of my favorite wine. Likely wondering what the name of that wine is, Fiesta Winery«Texas Summer Nights».

I want to like this place, I really do. I give it two based on location, nothing more. Why you ask?(Cause you don’t read these reviews knowing all). Well, it is WAAAYYY over priced. Okay, I accept a convenience fee and once before I was a small business owner and understand the struggles. But… we are talking some wines are 50% higher priced. Examples: Tosh — it is 50% higher than Costco and 33% higher than the Exxon down the road.(Did I just equate a liquor store to Exxon? Ugh) Rosenblum — 50% higher than Specs. $ 14.68 versus 9.99(bought in the same week) Estancia — $ 4 higher than Walgreen’s(seriously, first I used a gas station and now a drug store). None of these are overly great bottles of wine by any means, that is where it get odder. Fine, you want to be unique or local, than step it up, get out of the mass distributed wines, you aren’t Walmart or target. Wine isn’t your thing? Don’t go for beer. There are two small coolers. I’ve turned into a beer snob, maybe my tastes don’t align but the selection is narrow. And if you aren’t a snob, I haven’t seen any mass beers there for your pool party, I still serve of Coors light for pool parties, don’t believe they have that or any main brewery. But I’m crafty so I haven’t paid much attention so I could be wrong. Liquor — fair priced, I have only priced a few, they are $ 3 – 5 more but on $ 30 that is convenience fee for me. On staff — poor. I stood staring at wine wondering which bottle wouldn’t make me feel stupid buying at these ridiculous prices for no less than 10 minutes. Even took pictures of the prices to validate my thinking. No asking«can I recommend something». I have been in there five times, two different ladies, one the owner and the other not. I have yet to see them out from behind their computer. Say more than hi, see if we need help. I badly wish that this review was a four or five, I’m suspect on whether this place will make it. I will never go back, I can visit a weird Exxon or a Walgreen’s for beer and wine for much less and 1 – 2 minutes away(not to mention that shopping center has weird ingress and egress). If I feel this way and won’t go back I suspect others do as well, which is where it snowballs. Fix your steep mark up and please get rid of your goofy random cents and let’s kiss and make up.

A great locally owned liquor store that accommodates customers and has a great selection of local and unique beers, wines, and spirits.
