I’ve had a mailbox here for 8 + years. I use it to receive both business & personal packages. They’ve changed ownership 3 times during this span. The current owners aren’t as friendly or efficient as the previous two owners. I used to receive emails and/​or phone calls when they received my packages. Apparently the new owners can’t figure out the software and are unable to notify via email. And, I was just informed that they don’t have enough time to call when they receive our packages, either.

What a great place to go if you need to send something via FedEx, UPS, etc.
Rob was so polite and kind… as long as I live in this area, I will always use them for my shipping needs!

Great customer service! I ship a lot of packages and this is the place I do business with. It’s simple… Give them my phone number, they look me up in the computer. If I have ever shipped to the address before, it is stored. I do nothing. I never have a box, or if I do, I haven’t packed it yet. I just hand them what I need shipped, and say goodbye. They pack ship and track for me. And best of all. friendly, and no long lines.

Me: «Sure.»
Hubby: «All you have to do is drop off these 3 packages for me. You don’t have to do anything, just drop them off; He’ll know what to do with them cuz they already have shipping labels.»
Me: «OK Where? I hope not at the post office.»
Hubby: «No, at Pak Mail across from Wal-​Mart right next to where Tomlinson’s used to be.»
Off I go… another quick and painless errand.
