The UPS Store

Where do I begin? I have never sent a package with ups and this experience left me a bit salty with this store. I recently sent a package and it was returned to me. When I received the package I found they had charged me for the largest size box they have and simply stuffed it with those little air pocket things. I totally could have been charged for a box half the size of the largest one. When I called I was told I’d be called back and never was. I went to the store to ask what could be done about it the manager very nonchalantly said I would have to repay to send it again. Mind you I paid almost $ 200 to ship it in the first place! I had to go back home and bring my husband to help sort this out. Was never helped by the manager again. She hid in the back. Instead the assistant manager did the best he could to help us fix the mess but I still can’t help but feel like I was charged an insane amount of money for something that shouldn’t have cost much. Hope this isn’t being done to more people

I have been using the UPS Store in Georgetown for over 4 years. It is always great to go in and be greeted by the warm smiles and personalized service from all the staff members. Paul Erchinger is a stand out among store owners, and Leigh always has such a can do attitude, which is reflected in the employees as well. I agree with KW… Brandon anticipates customers’ needs and is always one step ahead. I have moved to Round Rock, but have maintained my box/​business address here because of the amazing service.

I have been a customer of the UPS Store in Georgetown, TX since I moved to Texas almost 5 years ago. Over the last 5 years, my job has taken me from Austin, Houston, Dallas and back to Austin, and no matter where I am I have always relied on the secure, professional services provided by my Georgetown UPS. They have convenient methods for accepting renewal payments, receiving packages and forwarding my mail no matter where I am in Texas. I have walked into several UPS stores over the years and the service is a bit hit or miss, however, my Georgetown UPS has been consistent in service, staff, professionalism and friendliness no matter when I call or visit in person. I could not say all this without a shout out to Brandon specifically who I swear knows what I need before I even ask (darn caller id).
Bottom line, Georgetown UPS is who you want to trust with your packages, mail and small business services no matter where you find yourself in life.

My wife and I have been doing business with this UPS Store on Austin Ave. in the downtown area of Georgetown since we moved to Georgetown over 4 years ago. We have a mailbox there and we use many of their other services such as shipping and notary on a regular basis. Without hesitation, we give this business a 5-​star rating. The manager Leigh and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, and fast. They are also very friendly and personable. Leigh, Brandon, and their entire staff make you feel like family. In our opinion, the UPS Store on Austin Ave in downtown Georgetown is the very best at what they do! David and Diane C.

This is the best UPS store I ever been to. Staff is very friendly and helpful and always there to help me. they treat us with respect, and always patient to listen to our requests. They know us by our first name! We have been with them for almost 5 years now. highly recommended!
