I do not know what others are saying is great customer service but I have not experienced that EVER. The manager ALWAYSs a snarky attitude. today I asked for an envelope for UPS, packaged it and when I handed it back to him, asked for a receipt so it could be tracked. He gave me a look, told me it was done. it was not. Then I repeated my request for a receipt… in case it needed to be tracked. who won’t give a receipt! and he shot back at me with I needed to speak up. he is hard of hearing. This isn’t the first time he’s been rude. Will not be doing business there. Worst customer service.

I will be driving to Austin next time I need to mail anything out. Just paid $ 40 to throw a birthday card in a FedEx envelope and ship it out «the cheapest way with a tracking number». I don’t know about these other reviews, but I’m doubting they shopped around for better prices.
